Can You See The Flaws In This Point Them Out And If Not Help Me Make It Happen?

Hello , I need either an english verified paypal account or at least a bank account number in it that'll look real enough . Any transactions I would make on this account would only be from paypal balance only . Now I once trusted someone to do that for me , he used his personal account and he scammed me the first chance he got. This time I'd like someone to set up an account . Once I login I change email and password and try what I want with it. If I succeed You'll get random thank you payments for as long as this paypal account will prove profitable for me. If I do not , I'll give you the account back for you to either use or work on some more so I manage to use it for what it's intended. The trick here is , I can't be scammed again , changing passwords and email should do it . If not please tell what I'm overlooking.
On the other side of that , can you setup a paypal account with the info I asked and make sure you won't be hurt by what's in there wether I try or not? If that works will you be happy by receiving random thank you payments

As far as I know if you're gonna do that it'd be best not to own a previous pp acc. There's a way to go around ip recognition but you must know what you're doing.

So again , if you think I've outlined a fair way for both parties to make this happen say so , if it has scam danger all over it say so and tell me how we can improve it and make it as safe as possible . I'd be grateful

I Got Scammed , I Have Some Contact Info What Can I Do?

Hello , I sent funds to someone on here so he could open and manage a betting account deposits and withdrawals for me ( rendered illegal where I live) he did deposit the money I sent and took his cut.... When I tried to log in again a few months later the username and password did not match and I didn't have access to the account anymore. I did save the profile info when I first logged in and called him , of course he denies knowing me. so the phone number is genuine , name is too and adress might be . Is there a way to get some payback with this info or not quite ? This is quite a loss but not one where I'd go to another country to have a face to face chat with him to recoup my money. What do you suggest?
