Has Anybody Received A Bill From Scampay

I received a bill in the mail from scampay stating that I owe them 111.00 for a charge back. I NEVER made any charge backs. funny thing about this bill is that it does not give details of the charge back.
The only thing I can figure out is the chargebacks they did with 12DP, the money that 12DP paid me to scampay that was orig. funded through e/g.
Why should I have to pay for a chargeback that sp did.

Wi-Fi

I would like to be to autosurf while away for the holidays by either using Wi-Fi with my laptop or using a handheld.
Has anybody ever use a handheld to do their paid to autosurfing programs?
or is it even possible?
