Account Suspended

Just when I thought STP was back to working normally I get this message this morning:

"You are attempting to login from a different IP Address that does not match the country you signed up from. Your account has been suspended."

Well I am logging in from my home IP as I always do so their system made an error. I submitted a support ticket and now will do the waiting game.

New User Disappointed With Stp

So I registered with STP, faxed over all the documents requested to become verified. I received an email that my account was verified and when I log in my account shows verified. I go to make my first deposit into STP from my bank account and it get's put on hold for verification. The email says I have to call into security to verify my account information. What the heck? I already faxed over everything and became verified. Do they want to verify the verify? Ridiculous. So I call the number given and get the message that they are closed for the holidays until December 27 to leave a voicemail with my account details and they will address after the holiday. Another what the heck moment. So I submitted a support ticket and was surprised to get a quick response which was that I have to wait until next week to verify my account information. I replied that I have verified and just looked it over again and it's all correct. No repsonse for a couple hours so I replied to cancel the transaction I will use another processor that will process my request the same day. If this is how it's going to be using STP I will move on right now.

Registration Trouble

Anyone know how to successfully register an account with LM?

Yesterday I registered, received an email with my account number but the email said I have to login to activate the account. I can't login because I was never asked to set a password nor did they send me one to use. I tried the password reminder but it said my account was not active so I can't use it. What am I doing wrong or is their system really complicated?

New Stp User With Questions

Hi, I am a new STP user.

1) I tried to enter my bank account information and totally confused. I entered all the bank information but they also ask for a Swift code. I have no clue what that is and the Swift code search from the link provided came back with no results. Where do I find this Swift code for my credit union? Paypal or Alertpay didn't require this so confused what it is and why it's needed.

2) The add bank account screen is also asking for my secondary password. I never created one so where so I find it?

3) When I request a transfer from my balance to my checking account, how long does it take to be processed? Example: Alertpay I request a withdrawal to my bank account and it sits pending for 2-5 days before completed. Then it take 2-3 days to hit my bank account. Is this process the same with STP or faster/slower?
