Question

I'm new here and only posted a couple of times to say hello. In the AS sections when someone is making an offer for you to signup with them in a program. Do I have to wait until I have 25 post before I can sign up with them?

I read some where in the threads that I can't pm anyone nor could they pm me until I have 25 post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to say hello to all the mmg members. I'm new at posting to forums. I signed up here a while back, and have been reading here a lot just never posted.
