Alert Pay Too Slow For Anyone Else

I have enjoyed very few problems with alert pay but j when I first took money from my bank account to alert pay from my irs refund i got back 8 grand and put 5 grand in alert pay. This took like 15 days for it to clear some sort of security department deal .. I thought I had just been scammed...lol I do not like how long it takes to do stuff with money into and out of alert pay at all. the only option for withdrawing the money is bank transfer or bank wire. one has an outrageous high fee of $15 bucks, but cuts down the time it takes to receive the money back out of alert pay. I get $45 bucks or more every day from jss tripler and i get a payment from them everyday and request it every day and get it sometimes in 12 hours or less. However once this money gets into alert pay then all bets are off one would think with money being requested from alert pay and money going in every day someone would get paid every day .. Well that has yet to happen . If i request my money daily it stays pending the whole week till Friday . then it completes Mondays all at once , and then takes another 3 days to get from alert pay to the bank once completed. I have TO GO 7 DAYS SOMETIMES BETWEEN ALERT PAY PAYMENTS.Is there any instant exchanger that charges a fee that is trust worthy that can let me take the alert pay money and put it into something i can use every day or two days this is getting so old already? . If i request it once a week like some of you might say it is a larger sum of money like 300 bucks which is no good cause this money sits in alert pay even longer awaiting approval or something ? This is a loose loose situation for me . Any help you can give me to get the money out either faster, or even a little more predictable is greatly appreciated..
