I feel that there is NO reasons for us to use Stormpay.

Initially they offer a Nice Chargeback option for scams.

But nowadays they dont allow any more !!

Its so hard to get refunds and I have never get back once if your amount is BIG!
I have this feeling they are keeping all the confiscated funds and their pockets are getting bigger and bigger with the HIGH FEES and CONFISCATED A/C

So whats the use of using it when we are subjected to such a HIGH PROCESSING FEE.

I would rather prefer EGOLD now

Since Scams are scams and they wouldnt pay you whether it is Stormpay or EGold.

Their standard reply is

We have reviewed carefully your claim and the information you have provided in support of your claim. After completing our investigation we have determined that the merchant you paid should be sanctioned and suspended from transacting any further business through StormPay.

As with programs of this type, as the buyer you must carefully consider the statements and representations of the merchant before investing. You must determine what is a promise or guarantee as opposed to what is an anticipated result given a certain set of variable facts and circumstances. You must determine how reasonable and likely those anticipated results are before you determine to spend your money. And with all investments, some work out and some don't.
With all that being said, we understand you may not agree with our position but we are truly trying to make the best decision we can with the information we have. We are closing this claim.

Their Chargebacks are total BS. A person paid me on a Friday $500. I provided sent my service to the client since business was concluded. On Sunday, I get a chargeback of $500 from my account + $35 chargeback fee since the person complained on Saturday that I didn't provide my service. What BS. I didn't even get a chance to reply or defend myself and lost A LOT of money. I lost the fees when receiving the $500

1) around $34.50 receiving fees
2) $500 "chargeback"
3) $35 chargeback fee

There was no cost to them for this fraudulent refund in 2 days time.

I lost over $575.00 for this one transaction which was total BS. I hate Stormpay with so much passion since they do not govern by any policy but their own to screw people out of the most money. When I did small amounts it was fine, but you tangle with larger volumns, you are risking it.

Now I turned all my business to Alertpay and thank god I did. I have had no problems so far, but any minor issues I did, I called them up and talked to the CS folks.

I HATE STORMPAY.

I opened two tickets on 05 Dec and 07 Dec. but no reply Usually they response in 24 hours now the claims are totally uselly.

I feel the same. Their claim center is become useless now. Irritating a lot

how u do it, i request twice on gci surf and amigo surf , all have been turn down.

Well, in cases of hyips or autosurfs it's very unlikely that you'll get a refund.
Seems fair though, how can you be to put money in a program which promise such high returns? [rhetorical question]. I lost 50 USD in GCIscam too.

If you are claiming a refund from an autosurf or hyip program and your account is not NetIBA certified, then you can pretty much forget getting it. Your chances are literally 1/100.

I love Stormpay. Especially with the lower fees.

And now with egold DOWN for hours or could be DAYS???

Stormpay is the best hands down over every other process out there. I have used it to get a refund from the likes of Studiotraffic and others without a problem even after day 45. Its all in how you present your case, if you do it professionally and provide the correct info you should have your money back in your account within 3-5 hours.
