Any Other Third Party Ad Click Exchanges?

Anyone who has third party ads...adsense, speedyads, bidvertiser, etc... no of any traffic exchanges that require you to click on others ads in exchange for them clicking on your ads? i only know of 1 site right now whcih i am a part of and doing very well with.
if anyone knows of any others, i will gladly sign up under you.
