MoneyMakerGroup _ Malaysia _ Making Money With Agriculture Plantation

Posted by: Planter Mar 3 2009, 11:29 PM

Hi Everyone in Malaysia.

I am Puvan Balakrishna and i have a business proposal for you. I will make it very short and very clear with as much detail as possible. I have a business plan, which is to develop a group of small units of plantation farms in Negeri Sembilan to fullfill local demand for vegetables. The vegetables that we are talking about is those priced RM3~5 and above per kilos. We believe that we have a very good money making opportunity in this rather "unexploited field".

Our idea is very simple. Its a YIWM concept, which i came up with. Its a very simple concept. YIWM stands for, You Invest We Manage concept. That means, you invest, you own the plantation farm, but we manage from setting the farm up, providing labor, managing the plants from daily taking care of it until fertilizer and pesticides. In the end, we sell those vegetables to our line of vegetable distributors. That means, you dont do any work, but only to invest and we manage the farm totally for you. We will even look for lands that is suitable to work with if you do not own a land. But right now, we are only looking at opportunities to develop lands in Negeri Sembilan due to transportation reasons and cost. Instead of only setting the farm up, we are going the extra mile of taking care of it and selling the products ourselves for you so that you dont even have to do a work.

If you are far from seremban or Negeri sembilan, you can still invest because we will take care of everything for you. We tackle the hard labors and you provide the investment.

So whats in for us?

Its very simple. Profit sharing. You take 80% and i take 20% of the yearly net profit. It sounds reasonable. Plus, we have a constant supply of income and vegetables to fullfill our local demand. That is the main reason why we are managing it for you. To sustain the income and supply.

How much to invest?

That will be up to you. This idea just came up to me 2 days ago, so i made a proposal in excel format for plantation of 5,000 chilly trees. Its a profit vs loss table and informations. It will cost RM50,000 to develop 5,000 chilly trees. Maybe lesser than that depending on the location of land and the land itself. While doing the proposal for 5,000 chilly trees, it suddenly hit me that i should be doing a proposal for 2,000 - 2,500 trees. So i will be working on it in these 2 days. For 2,500 tress i am estimating the cost would be RM30,000 or lesser.

For those of you interested in this Agriculture business or want to have a look at the proposal, you can email to me and i will sent it to you via email;

A few hundred thousand? Nope. We developed 2 hectares of land for 30k-40k and maintenance for 4 months before harvest would be around 10k-20k. But this depends on the scale you want to invest.

Right now, i am looking for an investment partner who can invest about 50k - 60k. We have sourced the land about 3 hectares but looking for an investor. You can email me for more details.

Thanks,
Puvan

the profit of investment is very high. Just the starting investment is too high for us.
