Hi Everyone,
Got two small updates from admin this morning. The reason I post them is because we all know that the communication from a sites admin is one of the crucial factors in a programs ultimate success, and how good the journey will be over all. By posting the admin's updates everyone gets to have a feel for who this person is, how they approach things, and if they feel like someone you will want to choose to work with. I am assuming that many will watch and wait, to see of the quality of a program, that things are solid, before jumping in. I will always keep you updated with any thread I start, the good, the bad and the ugly, if there is any! So far, things are looking fine here. B)

Couple of things remember I am not someone that is up early so you have to understand that I work from about 10 am central to 3 am in the morning so you early birds have to wait longer than other to get your accounts upgraded. I ask my server company to put us on a dedicated server and this will be done soon. We are on the largest package that they have but with the traffic coming to the site and members surfing it is slowing down more than I like. I also know about the surfing not working correctly some of the time. Payments for referral will be done every thursday and you will have the option of cashing out or buying more ventures, it will be totally up to you. Keep it rolling and we are going to all be very happy. Steve

Things are really growing steadily with Ad-Ventures4u. If you have not taken a look, now is the time! You can join for FREE, and "test the waters" here. I think you will find them warm. Nevertheless, we are very very early on, and some things on the site are still being upgraded and worked on, ( a small price to pay for being this early on a site that is going to be huge).

I hope I find everyone in good spirits. I will get everyone that needs upgraded done first then I will get to the support tickets and approving websites. I know we are having a few issues with the company banners and you cannot use them to promote so I have a call into the programmer to get this corrected. Also the timer is messing up when people surf after 25 websites. Hopefully the will be sorted out soon. I know that all the ventures down the side of the page is starting to look unprofessional but for right now I am going to keep it that way. My wife says it looks nasty but the way the script is built everything is done in a manual fashion so it just makes it so much easier to control and deal with. Now about referral commission payouts, because that is my next big step and I want to do that correctly and as easy on me as possible. I think that I will do them is a similar fashion for a couple of reasons, one to make is easy and two to show the non recruiters what is does for your income if you just put a little effort into putting someone in our program. You don't have to be an internet guru to make money with ad-v you just have to have a few friends or family members or coworkers. Most programs online I wouldn't let my dog join but this one is made so that everyone can make money by just looking at a few ads from our members. It just isn't any easier than that and also no fear of the program going anywhere because the program is always in profit. We don't payout more than we make so we don't run out of money and close the doors. So everyone have a great day Steve.

Looks like he has a great offer here.

So far I earned $198 in referral bonus and rolled it over.

New Update from Admin!


Things have been busy but I just wanted first of all to welcome all the new members and that includes everyone. I am really considering a few things but it is just to early to let everyone know because I want to make sure I have the time to pull it off. Did you notice in the buy traffic section I pulled out the feeder programs and refunded all the monies that were paid against the feeder. THe reason is I just did not have the time to do the feeder right so it is best not to do it at all. I am still working on the surfing problem because the people that wrote the script says we have no problem but we know otherwise. Anyway I wanted to explain a few things, this is not a hyip or auto surf that pays out a set % after so many days. Those cannot substain long periods of time and sooner or later either they have to reduce their % they are paying out or close their doors with members money. We all know this and some make a little money at first and then allot lose money. This is a revenue share system and we always stay in profit, we don't payout more than we earn. So we can continue forever because of the fact that we don't over extend our balance. There is no monthly fees--no matrix to fill out---no straight line system were the first people make all the money and leave the end of the line hanging, no one up or two to give to your sponsor the only person you could find to sign up. No we are paid on all our efforts of bringing in income into the site and investments in other programs to make us money. The goal is to have enough other revenue coming into the site to not need members joining to subtain us. If you notice on the tab at the bottom when you open ad-v it says best online advertising--the reason for that is simple, google msn and yahoo goes by that tag and if we get enough traffic we will move up in the search engines and when someone types in (best online advertising) in the search engine we want to be the number one spot and once we reach it and we will grow to unbelievable heights. By the way we have answered 100% of the support tickets--got all the upgrades done in a reasonable time---and got the referral payouts and rollovers done on time and right. I just want to let everyone know that in my original post when creating this thread I have said that it take 40 sites daily ,that is no longer the case as some have already posted in this section ,It is now only 25 sites daily to collect revenue when you are upgraded.

I have tried to figure out how to change this in first post , however have been unable to as of yet.

I do however want to state how happy i am with this program and the way admin stays right on top of letting us know what is up.

When I am in the back office and I look under the Referral Tracker, my sign-ups show 20, but when I look under My Downline, I only see 5. Can you tell me, if this is because we are new and all information is not entered yet, or am I reading this wrong. I wanted to message the people showing in the referral tracker about todays promotion, then saw the numbers are not the same.

Don't forget that admin has said, that if we can get at least 250 paid sign-ups by the end of week-end, He will move payouts up a week , instead of the 23rd of Dec. it would be the 16th of Dec.

So anybody that has not upgraded , this would be excellent time to do so, and if you have members in their downlines that have not , get in contact with them and remind and encourage them to also put in at least a small test spend !! So they to can reap the rewards>

Members got their first Rev Share payment. I got $63. As membership grows so will the earnnings. Now over 1200 members. Revenue is always higher than payouts so your money is always safe.

Well it sure is nice to see that in short time we already have over 300 pro members in here making money ,only wish more would see the benefits of upgrading in this great program. that is kinda confuzing - we pay $100 for 100 ventures on same day + in 1 week you pay cashout to us of $20 thats only 20%
why did only 10 expire an not all 100 ?

I did read the whole FAQs page twice
about the 75 + 90% stuff
so like when or how soon do you pay us 200% ?

Hello I cannot spend much time on message boards so excuse my slowness of putting a message on here. But I will say that ad-v is going to be here for years to come. I was an executive in a large fortune 500 company for many years and I believe in customer service, when you say you are going to do something then do it, you have to have income coming from multi places to keep you roi where you want it to be. I have to say that you are purchasing advertising on the site, but we will always be in profit and will share that profit with the members

I will check on here about once a week. We do everything manually so that we loose no information even if someone blew up the site all our info is secure and can not be tampered with. So there is no question what our intent is and that is to be honest and run the site with the most integrity possible. We work very hard to calculate and keep records in perfect condition to make sure everyone is treated the same way and get what the deserve.

The site is ran like a business and will be launching other opps that the upgraded members will own and most all of the Revenue from those companies will flow thru ad-v. We will infact one day be self dependant from new members joining and will make a decsion whether to let new members in. So take advantage now because this will not be here for everyone forever.

Unfortunately...the success of programs like this and the 4 others just like it listed in MMG
is not in the control of the admin...no matter how hard they work...
Its a Fact...until the membership ALL realize that you must make re-spends to this program or their are NO revenues generated to be paid out...
So many make a spend and never respend..draining the program of revenues...the admin cannot control that...
Sure a good admin works his/her butt off to make sales generating revenue..
But its the membership that MUST make intiial spend...create a profit...but also respend..respend

A greedy membership drains any program...

So come on members...create yourself a plan...make a spend...
when it matures...take 20-30% profit and respend the balance...
EACH TIME...keep the revenue generator flowing.....
thus the MEMBERS can create themselves a longterm income...
under the guidance of the Admin...in this case Mr. Smith

I think this program sounds interesting, but I'm also having a bit of trouble understanding the payment scheme. And I did read through this thread and the FAQ's on the site, but it's still a little fuzzy. What I understand is that you earn $2 for every $1 that you purchase. So if you buy the minimum amount of ventures, $10, how long will it take you to earn $20?

Now have over 2100 members and almost 600 have purchased Ventures. Steve is really big on contests and here's another that starts today. I won $50 and $10 on his last 2 he had.

You know what is funny I joined this forum off of the front of one of those auto surfs and did not save in my favorites. So when I had two members today one skyped me and one sent in a support ticket I went back to that auto surf program and guess what (it was gone) so I had to do a google search to find my way back. But I will put it in my favorites so that I can check here once in a while. We do everything manually on the site so I really focus on customer service and do not have a tremedous amount of time to post in forums.

I also do allot of advertising for the site with my spare time so I will try my best to post every week if that helps. I am not a member of any other forum so if there is others out there that I should post in please let me know.

Ok questions, I don't know if I can answer any of the questions any better than the members because the are very intune with our porgram. I know that I over communicate with them but hopefully they understand.

I will explain how the program works and maybe that will answer anyone that is concerned about the longtivity of the program and what it is all about.

Ad-ventures4u was built for a couple of purposes, First I was very tired of people getting ripped off in the arena of the internet and we need to start getting a good name for our industry. Second I kept putting people in programs that I knew that they could not make money in because they were always waiting for spillover, oneups or similar items because most can't or won't promote so I had to come with with a program that pays everyone the same and then reward the people that can promote in a huge way. And I done it.


We are not a hype or auto surf. We share in the revenue that is coming into the site. Revenue comes in by me promoting other business opps such as dishnetwork-wal-mart and many many others I promote outside the realm of mlm's and other internet get rich quick businesses, and we are building web based businesses for the members which they will own and draw all the revenue out of the business and will be shared equally between members on a % basis according to how much you have purchased in advertising.

I don't have much time here because I just started a co-op and checked my email and I need to get back to work asap.

But let's say you buy $100 dollars in venture advertising, then you would share in our Revenue every week and that $100 dollars will in fact double and turn into $200.00 if you pulled out your earnings everyweek. If you purchased more ventures every week with your earnings it will compound into more than $200.00 on your $100.00 purchase. Ventures do mature and they do this in order received, so if your earnings are 100 dollars for one week then you cash out you would see that 50 ventures will be gone because they paid double. THIS IS An EXAMPLE ONLY.


We are not a get rich quick business but over time you can see a nice weekly income from your earnings. We already have people earning around $900.00 a week and when they max out to $10,000 ventures they will become a vested member and all they will do is draw earnings everyweek and do nothing. That is a vested member

I can't promise any earnings because we are a revenue share and we share what we earn. So if we earn you earn it is that simple because we are always in profit and debt free company. Other revenue bonus is paid out every last week of the month and the first one will be paid the last week of Jan. You have to be a member when the Revenue Share comes into the program or you will not receive a portion of that revenue.

As someone else pointed out, there must be conservative withdrawals and continuous re-spends for this, or any other similar program to enjoy success. In the tools sections click on "ventures" Look for your ID# your ventures are posted beside it. There is a short delay between when you make the deposit and when it gets posted for it is manually done. No worry though, usually done within hours.


Ad-Ventures is the greatest! Well over 100 people joining per day now. I now have put in 4 paid members and have more lined up. I am getting my team all trained on how to best work the system. I really like getting paid 15% over and over when referrals upgrade each week. I'm telling everybody about Ad-Ventures. Even the guy that's drilling a well down the road. We country bumpkins need extra income too. LOL
Yes the site does take some time to learn. I get on the phone and computer and walk people through it whenever I can. I had no one to show me and I don't want others to have the same difficulty.

That would absolutely depend on if you refer people to the program who fund their accounts. You receive a 15% referral fee for each person you bring in who becomes a Pro member.

Otherwise, if you never refer a person, you can figure on about 7% a week...so get out your calculator and figure 7% weekly with compounding(because you'll be buying more ventures each week with earnings), and you can see how long it will take you. My little calculator predicts about 33 weeks with no referrals.

This is a GREAT program where the administrator does what he says he's going to do. IT's really a sleeper program that people seem to be just finding out about now~~~it's not HYIP, but it's steady, consistent, and reliable.

Temp server is working fine. All should be back to normal soon. Were we ever worried...

Steve's update....

The server company had a huge problem today and we are on a temp server, we should be back on track very soon. You all get a free surf day Sunday and maybe Monday. This has been a very stressful day for me but I never gave up. We will get the site a new Quad4 server which will happen this week. That is the same as google uses only they have a large number of them.

The reason i'm asking is...i started off with $50.00 on December 30 , 2008 & my Ad-Ventures are only up to 84.49 after 2 months

You do not have to cash out to proccessor you can do nothing with your earnings and Steve from admin will automaticaly roll it over adding ventures to your total and every week you have the same choice automatic rollover or request payout. I my self am rolling almost every thing over every week . I have been in since the beginning and I am very (VERY) happy with it. Course I do atribute alot of credit to my fantastic Downline and all their dedication to this program also. My downline is really getting large and more and more free members in downline are upgrading, I guess they too want a piece of this sweet pie! Lol!!

My only regret is I did not start off with much money invested so it took awhile to grow, other than that i get money when i want it, and roll over the rest.

nineteen your ventures and ref com will roll over every week if one does nothing, meaning no support ticket. You need to request payment ever y week by a support ticket if you want to be paid on tuesday, and on friday for ref com. If not do nothing it will automatically roll over and increase your ventures. I am trying to build mine up more, I let my earnings and ref com roll over for awhile before asking for withdraws, now I have to start rolling over again to build up more. Wish I started with more here too! So everyones weekly earnings will roll over every week if you do not request payment by a support ticket, its automatic if you dont request it. And I got paid overnight for the weekly RC, thank you Steve!

Also the co-op is for purchasing referrals. Gord I also wanted to thank you, those are some great posts explaining things!

Hello everyone, I just want to say that this is one of the best of it's kind. You really should upgrade and get the most out of it you can afford. It is really hard to compare it to any other because it is so unique in that it shares so much of it's revenue with it's members.

Another nice weekly earning for last week. I earned $114.27. This is the most consistent profitsharing program for 3 months now. There is no major downtime, no delayed in payment, no delayed in support, and no delayed in activating the added sites. What can you ask more, the admin is dedicated, transparent and everything that an online program admin ought to be.

AV4U is a revenue sharing program. Members divide 75% of the incoming revenues each week. The other 25% is used for referral commissions, outside investments, hosting fees, etc. The key to longevity is that Revenue is always higher than Payouts so the program can virtually go on forever. Steve has been staying steady at about 14% weekly which is excellent for Rev Share. % is determined by new members investing, weekly upgrades by existing members and outside investments. Steve is a hard worker and keeps in regular touch with his members through email. AV4U is really catching on and is poised to become the #1 Rev Share surf on the internst IMO. Others may have fancier looking websites and more bells and whistles but everybody is more comfrortable with Steve because he treats us all like family. Hope this has all been helpful.

There is also a video tutorial for you to watch in the site. This is not so difficult to understand.

The concept is simple:

1. Purchase venture units,
2. Surf the required pages (25)
3. On tuesday, your earning is posted. It depends on the weekly profit share and the no. of days you surfed.
4. You can just leave it there to compound or withdraw it to your processor.

Your earnings represent a 200% of your venture unit shares. So therefore 50% of your earnings will be subtracted from your venture shares as they already earned the total return (200%).

If you just withdraw 50% of your earnings your venture shares will remain the same. In this case you will be having a weekly residual earning for life.

Sample:
purchased venture units= $100
weekly profit share = 10%
Days surfed = 7 days

Your Weekly earnings = 100* 10% * 7/7 = $10

If you compund,

Your total venture units will become = $105

If you withdraw your total earning,

Your total venture units will become = $95

I want everyone know that I am getting ready to promote the site very hard. I do this once a month and I would love if you would help me in getting the site on every corner of the net. We as a team can do it better and faster than if it is just me. Put it everywhere you know that people will be looking for a business opp. Don't get me wrong we are growing at an extremely good rate I just want to hit a goal of 10,000 in four months. That is faster than any program of this type.
