THIS IS AN UPDATE FOR WEDNESDAY
There was a very exciting “Leadership Call” last night. The call was hosted by one of the Master Distributors. On the call for OneX was the managing consultant.
I JUST WANTED TO PASS ON SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS FOR YOU. I DID GIVE MOST OF THIS INFORMATION ON THE WEBINAR LAST NIGHT.

1. OneX WILL NOT LAUNCH THIS WEEK.
2. It is estimated to launch some time the first part of June.
3. They were ready to launch several days ago, but fortunately several important things came up which caused this short delay.
4. First of all it became necessary to go on the “Cloud server” so that when they open and a huge amount of people will be registering at the same time there would be no server melt downs. This is the same server that Google, Yahoo, and Amazon use. It can accommodate millions of hits per second without crashing. This was necessary when they learned that literally millions of people around the world are coming in to OneX. People from China, Germany, Australia, Russia, the UK and many more.
5. Secondly they cannot use Alert Pay. But will instead be using their own payment processor which they will have complete control over. Once it is set up they will give us the information needed to get it set up.

6. Both of these changes are necessary to make this program run more efficiently with no crashes. It will take some time to get the software upgraded and ready. It makes more sense to get it done now than to open and then have more problems which would cause them to shut down OneX and fix the problems.

Do not worry about the Alert Pay change. You will have instructions on how to set up and fund the new Payment Processor long before the launch.

7. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO REPRESENT THE COMPANY; THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY BRIGHT AND ENJOY A FLAWLESS REPUTATION.

2. You must wait until your sponsor sends you his/her link.
3. ONLY 1 entry per person or business/non-profit organization.
4. Be sure to check and see if your sponsor’s username is on the top of the registration form. Fill out the form as carefully as possible. Review it before you hit submit.
5. You will receive an email with a verification link in it. Click on that link and you will be automatically be registered in QLxchange and OneX simultaneously. You will also be placed on your sponsor’s matrix. If you are one of the first 4 on his/her Row 1 that is who you will receive your $5 payment. (Please note: these 4 on your Row 1 are the only personally sponsored people that will pay you $5). Anyone else you bring in after that will fall somewhere on your matrix but they will be on someone else’s Row 1 and that is who they pay $5 to.

I just received the following information from QLxchange/OneX management.
Let's all pray that nothing gets in the way of delaying any of these steps.

Here is the plan, as it stands:
(All times are Greenwich Mean Time "GMT" or U.S. Eastern Standard Time GMT-5)

We plan on starting propagation of both www.QLxchange.com and www.OneX.me starting today (Thursday) Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Move the newly designed website to the new cloud server today (Thursday).
We will test the server well into the night (Thursday). IMPORTANT: Existing QLxchange members will NOT be ported to the Cloud Service during this period of testing therefore, you will get a "User not found" error message, if you attempt to login.
Start the 24 hour countdown clock for joining as soon as practical on Friday after satisfactorily testing the new systems.
The clock will be displayed on the home and join pages.
Once new members have joined, we will communicate with them via the Xpress Newsletter. Additional resources will be added to the Articles and Knowledge base sections of the new support site under final development. It's availability will be announced in the next few days.

It is true there is another holiday on the Isle of Man and nobody is working until Monday morning. So what was planned for last night and today will have to be started on Monday.

Again, we will see the 24 hour clock when we see it. It is better not to speculate a date as so many will be upset if it is not met again.

Dear Members,
It seems like we continue to have circumstances beyond our control having a negative effect with our plans. Yesterday was the beginning of a long national holiday weekend on the Isle of Man, which is where the server is located. The custom installation of our new hosting server has taken longer than the providers anticipated. We should probably understand there is a reason our plans being diverted and simply accept it.
It is still very frustrating for us, we know how excited people are around the globe about the launch of OneX and we do not want to disappoint anybody.
Today we received a note that they are working on the server. Considering they don’t normally work on the weekend and the island residents are extremely involved in one of the biggest motorcycle events of the year, we are grateful.
If you are a QLxchange member, relax. You do not need to do anything. If you are building a team, you probably appreciate the delay.

We are amazed that we are even reviewing a program that only cost $5, but it actually has amazing income potential. When you pay the $5 you are entered into both Onex and QLxchange at no cost. We are only reviewing Onex now. QLxchange is the follow one opportunity that is coming soon.

How can you make a lot of money for only $5? It's volume volume volume. $5 to earn $99,460 without even sponsoring a single person is a very simple choice. Who wouldn't do that? That is the best risk to reward you will ever find.

They use a 4 by 4 matrix with two stages and each stage has 4 tiers. This means there are 4 rows and 4 below each of those 4 a total of 16. Then 4 under each of those for a total of 64 and then 4 for each of those for a total of 256. When you enter you are placed on you sponsors 4 by 4 matrix. When the 4 positions below you are filled you make $20. On all the other tiers it is a 50/50 split with your sponsor so the second tier of 16 you make $80 and your sponsor gets $80 and so on. This goes 4 levels deep and then a second stage. When complete both stages your total income is $99,460 if you haven't sponsored anyone.

What happens if you sponsor people? Sponsor is term the means refer other people into the program. Remember the 50/50 split with your sponsor, well that's what you would be getting. So for every person you sponsor when the get that $99,460 you earned a matching $99,440. That's for each person. So if you sponsor 9 people that complete the two stages for their $99,460 then you will have earned over a Million Dollars.

So now you have seen the concept and the income potential. With only a $5 entry cost the volume will definitely drive this opportunity into the high income bracket.

So the big question is.. "Is it legitimate?" Surprisingly they meet regulations that a lot of the higher cost programs don't meet. Number one there must be a product. Onex uses an online educational course in how to start a home business. When you pay the $5 you are purchasing the first lesson. When the money comes out of your commissions to move you into the next tier you always get another lesson. That is very significant. A log of network marketing companies have a one time purchase product and you continuously cycle through matrices. In reality every time you enter a matrix you have to receive product. This is actually a regulatory compliance issue although violation of the alone does not seem to warrant any action. Still it is a big plus that Onex with their little $5 program adheres to regulations that others ignore.

Another easy check on we do with a matrix driven company is the multiple position check. If a company allows an individual to obtain more than position in the matrix then that is a big red flag. Onex allows only one position per tax payer id.

All appearances are that Onex is a completely legitimate opportunity. Coupled with such a small financial risk we can't imagine any real problems with the regulatory agencies.

I've had a couple of questions asked of me and in case you were being asked the same questions, here are the answers.

Q. Exactly what is the product for One X and how do we pay for it?

A. The products for One X are electronic Educational Tools. For example, "How to Build a Home Based Business", etc. When a person upgrades to the various levels, they not only receive a product for each upgraded level, but they also acquire the rights to resell those products. So, when new members join under you, they are buying the products from you. Each upgraded level has a different product.

For example: When you upgrade to Row 1, Tier 1 for $5, you will receive an educational product and the rights to resell that product. Then when someone joins you and they also upgrade to Row 1, Tier 1, they will be purchasing the same product from you, for that particular level. All transfer of monies will take place in our "e-Wallets", in our back office. This is just an electronic accounting of all monies paid out or taken in through the payment processor. There will not be any checks or monies mailed from anyone who purchases the product from you. You will be able to withdraw the monies you have earned, through the resell of products, from your "e-Wallet" to your bank account or debit/credit card. There may be other means for funding or withdrawing from your "e-Wallet" but we won't know what those are until the payment processor comes online.

So, when someone pays $5 to upgrade to Row 1, Tier 1, their $5 will be automatically transferred to your back office and they will gain access to their first product,through their back office, along with the rights to resell that same first product. It is not a physical product and they will have access to each product they have purchased through their back office.

In order to be able to resell a product, you must have acquired the rights to own it first.

Now, let's say that you have upgraded to Row 2, Tier 2 for $10. You will receive another electronic product, with the rights to resell that product, and for those under you who also upgrade to Row 2, Tier 2, you now have a product that you can sell them for the monies paid to you.

If someone under you wants to upgrade to a higher level that you have not upgraded to, you do not have the rights to resell them the product for that higher level. Therefore, if someone upgrades to a higher level than what you are on, the computer will find the next person upline from you, who is on the level that person wants to upgrade to, or higher, and they will be the ones to receive the money for the product. You can not be paid for a level that is higher than the one that you are on and that is why you want to upgrade.

Q. What if I won't be available when the first 24 hour clock starts to count down?

A. The purpose of the first 24 hour clock is to prepare us for the "Pre-registration" period. Nothing can be done until the clock counts down to ZERO. Then at that time, the only thing we will be able to do is to Join, by receiving our Sponsor's link and completing the registration form. There will be no funding of our "e-Wallets" or the buying of any products during this time.

When you receive notice that the first 24 clock has begun to count down, you will know the exact time that registration will occur. So, please, once you know the clock has appeared, be prepared to register when it goes to ZERO. When the clock goes to ZERO, my Sponsor will be able to register then pass his link onto me. After I receive the link from my Sponsor, I will get registered then I will be contacting those of you whom I have sponsored and will be sending you my link for you to register. Once you get registered, you will pass your link to those whom you have sponsored...and so on.

Include the following information for the duplicate entry:
username
sponsor name
How many duplicate positions.

Any emails sent to the email address asking questions about how to etc will be deleted. This is only for duplicated entries and no verification email received.

Error messages during Registration!
What error messages mean that you may see during the registration process!

Duplicate entry 'anemailaddresshere' for key 3
Means this is a duplicate entry submitted by the same email address.

Duplicate entry 'username' for key 2
Means that the username entered on the registration form has already been used. Select another username!

Our IT staff is working diligently to complete the withdrawal request functionality on our website and pay requests Thursday night. This is obviously a very important core feature within our platform and it is our goal to have it working flawlessly. Thus we are finalizing some testing and will alert you to when it is completed.
