I am new in the world of HYIPs, and I know how LR is important to participate in investissements programs, but I don't really understand how to use it. First, how to put money on my LR account ? I know that I have to use exchangers, but I have only money on Paypal account, which is not exchangeable I think. So, the money on my Paypal account is useless ? Also, if I have money on my LR account, how to withdraw it ? With exchangers again ? And how important are the fees ?
