Welcome to our Brand New-Team Build with a Twist.


This is a passive program but I have decided to take it one step further to help everyone out a little bit more with extra referrals.

So everyone has extra chances here to get more than 2 people in their team.

I will be using a url rotator with your signup link in it as per the following example.

New Member with NO Referrals will be entered 6 times.(6 weight)
New Member with 1 Referrals will be reduced from 6 times to 3 times.(weight)
New Member with 2 Referrals will be reduced from 3 times to 1 time.(weight)

I will check the rotator a couple of times a day to adjust it accordingly.

This takes the stress out of always having to keep a chart,and update it per person signing up.Almost runs on its own

Once you have signed up and upgraded with $10.00 (one time fee) plus at least 1 $16.00 ad package,come back here and post your id number and name for my records for the rotator or you will NOT be included.

Basic details on the program
The video shows what happens with a 160.00 purchase to start out.Which is 50 positions.5 positions per $16.00.Plus you get advertising and training.The video explains it best.

One time cost:$10.00
Ad package cost:$16.00-
Total $26.00 to get started.
Additional ad packages:$16.00 a piece.
%50 of your earnings goes back into the system,and buys you more positions.
%50 you can take out for cash,or buy more positions to build up your income.

Payment processors:
Alertpay
Paypal
Solid Trust Pay
Plus %10.. added when you pay.
So $1.00= $1.10


Example on the video.
You have 50 positions.
You walk away from it all and don't even look in your account for 6 months.
In a short....
At that 6 month point,you look in your back office,and the system has bought you many more positions,and your up to $600 plus per month.
Thats per month at that point..And from there on out,your adding positions continually,so your monthly pay is going up!!

This can be accelerated by investing your other %50 as well.

Additional income:
$5.00per referral
$1.00per referrals purchase per $16.00 ad unit.
% of Surplus Revenue (for founders)

Scotty you cannot use any member only material. The
video you were going to use has been taken down. You
risk being banned from W4A if you use member only
material whether it be video or text. Also all material
must be approved by Admin before you can use it.

Yes you just fund your ewallet,and let it sit in there till launch if I understand right.
That makes you a founder.
If your doing the 10,and the 16,its like 28.60 total after the %10 added on to your order.

Mugen and David are at %60 weight,so if you sign up from the rotator,you will most likely be under one of them.

I believe you said you already funded yourf ewallet?
When in your back office you click on the first link that sais Fund E-wallet..
Put in 26.00 in the space,choose your payment processor,and run it through.

are some exciting changes coming that were designed to
maximize this opportunity and create a legal and long term
system that will create wealth for all ( no pun intended).

In preparation for that, we have extracted information from
the database and will provide details here for you on this

This information tells you the amount of cash you will
receive from the system so that you can purchase TAPs and
pay for your membership fee.

It also includes the conversion of your Earning Center
positions. The combination of you positions and E-wallet
total balance are used to calculate the new Profit Share

You must verify these numbers at our website under My Matrix
by looking at the totals for each color (Bronze, Silver,
Gold, Platinum)

Bronze Earning Centers 20 x $1.00 ea = 20.00
Silver Earning Centers 0 x $2.50 ea = 0.00
Gold Earning Centers 0 x $5.00 ea = 0.00
Platinum Earning Centers 0 x $10.00 ea = 0.00

Total Earning Centers position conversion 20.00

E-wallet total balance as of 12/31/2011 5.00

TOTAL PSU going to new system 25

The above total is the founder share you will get paid
Monthly From the surplus income of the company.

Friday at 5pm EST we will wipe out all data.
Note: Do Not Lose This Email!!!

Starting Friday at 6pm EST. We will fund your E-Wallet.
Remember you will only receive funds deposited into your
E-Wallet minus withdrawals.

Funds originally transferred by the admin will also be added
to your account after 6 PM Friday 1/13/12. If you have not
received funds by Saturday 1/14/12 please open a support ticket.

Make sure you copy and paste the receipt from the W4AT back
office Under e-Wallet History

You will have unto Sunday 6pm EST. to Pay It Forward (PIF) to
anyone you had previously PIFed in the system.

After that time, the balance of cash in the new system will
be used to purchase as many TAPs as possible for your account
from the actual dollars that was funded from any processor
plus any money transferred to you by the admin or anybody who
owes you money.

If you have any questions, be sure to go unto the conference
room which will be opened tonight at 8pm EST. 1/11/12.

There will be a calculator on your website to do some calculationg by putting in numbers.
No video to the public...
Also comming will be a teaser video on the site to get people to look deeper into the business.

As time goes,we will all be in training so to speak
So don't worry if you didn't make the conference today.
Daily limit is going to be 750$ every 10 days.

Positions expire in 60 days.This keeps the system in profit.No worry about running out of money.
Referrals will definately help you.
Strategy is (a little at a time)
If you want in with a blast,do the 160.00 purchase.Then buy a few during the week so you stagger your positions that will eventually expire.
If you have referrals,you can use that as well.

When the site is live again,you can put money in your back office,and on sunday,the system will automatically put your positions in for you according to how much you have in your account.
Automated.
After that,you will have to log in and manually purchase.
So fund your ewallet in your back office with paypal alertpay or solid trust pay asap.

Then you can log in and see what happened after launch.
This will not be a put cash in and walk away system.You need to MANAGE your caps.

Purchase throughout the week when you can.
My strategy will be to add a few taps throughout the week,after I purchase just as much as I can for the kick off..

You can also get into the rotator coop,for those of you who do not know how to recruit.Or even if you do,more help is available for you that way.

Profit sharing will go up each and every month.This money is separate from taps all together.
No %50 divide.
Cash only for you.This is only for founders.Founders are people who put money into the system before 6pm sunday night....So get your founder position now...

Ok,that should explain a little for you.

Scotty, I think I understand. In my W4All back office ewallet I have $30! I would like to buy more positions at launch. So I need to put more money in the W4All ewallet...and the system will automatically purchase my spots at launch time...without me doing anything? So I don't need to be at my computer for the launch? I wonder how the system chooses the order?

I believe if I remember right from the chart is goes like this.
Cycle-1 $25.00
Cycle-2 $27.00
Cycle-3 $32.00
$79.00 or so your first month.
That is a full month,so 25 bucks in 10 days.Plus the reinvestments make it go up each time.

Thats the best I can remember.
And of course if you have referrals its more too,and this doesnt include the monthly pool.

Just a note that if you want a monthly income separate from your earnings in your positions,you need to fund your account by 6pm central time today.
We auto launch at that time.

If you haven't joined yet,get off the fence or you will NOT get that cash once a month.
This is the last day to become a founder.

Join,fund your back office with as much as you can,and wait.

I will keep the team build going forever just so we get extra referrals.
So were not going any placeThe team build is still going on.

Go to the first page and hit join,and that takes you to a rotator where you can sign up.
Then come back and post your user id number,and your sponsore.
Simple as that.

I bought more positions just from my referrals that were all loaded up before hand
All went well.
Everyone realize that u need to get all u can in now,so in 10 days,you see the profit
3 times a month we get paid.

New site is great also.
Went off without a hitch.
This ones gonna rock the world for sure.

Im not waiting for the 700 bucks a month in 6 months.
Im reinvestin everything and adding more,and quite possibly be there in 3 months.
Less would be better.lol

The Founding members has been extended until Tuesday Jan 17 at 9pm EST anyone new coming in as of now will be awarded PSUs for all deposits but they MUST NOT buy the program will do it Automatically on Tuesday at 9PM EST

What this means is you can come in for up to $750 but DO NOT buy any
TAPs manually..let the system do it for you on Tues just like it did for us
on Sun. You will then be able to collect monthly Founder's Bonus
that are 60% of the surplus profits. Each $1 you deposit will equal
1 PSU(Profit Sharing Unit) up to $750. Alertpay, STP and Paypal are
being accepted. The min. to come in is $26..$10 admin fee plus $16
for 1 TAP.

Just a quick note on the extension of taking founders yet.
Fund your ewallet only..Once the funds are in your back office,the system will auto purchase these on tuesday.

Don't try to buy anything yet,or you will loose out.
I believe admin is doing it this way just to help us and extend things if you missed out on being a founder due to lack of you funding your processor in time,or your just new here.

Once again,here is what I remember from the chart we once had.
In a nut shell.
Buy 160.00=50 positions.
Paid 3 times a month.
10th-20th-30th or however it works out according to when u joined.
But every 10 days.
%50 is auto reinvested.
Equals around 79 bucks your first month payoutable income..........

Month 6= around 700 or so bucks if I remember right.
Positions expire in 60 days,so strategy is to buy positions staggered throughout the week,so your income doesn't just drop off.
And of course you can reinvest your profit,or cash out.

im sure someone will come up with a chart as well sooner or later.Probably working on one now.lol

Note:
No one can withdraw at this time.So the programmer simply set the withdraw minimum to $1,000.

When we are able to withdraw, the minimum will be lowered to $15.00, I believe.
So thats what we will see at that time.

Here is a example of psu's,and taps.
Using example 225 psu's and a 1.6 Tap,which is 6 units.
There are 5 units in each tap,so this example is 30 units since it is 1.6.

MM is some I used as an example.


So here is an example of the difference between PSU and TAPs and the earnings.225 PSU and 1.6 TAPs.

Every 10 days the 1.6 Taps will cycle. There are 5 Advertising Units in each level 1 TAP so MM has 30 Advertising Units. He earns $1 for every AU he has. So after 10 days his 1.6TAPs(30 AU) cycle. 50% ($15) goes directly back in to buy more TAPs(done by the system) and 50% minus 10% ($13.50) goes into Ewallet balance.

So now the computer auto buys as many more TAPS as money available from the 50% which ends up being 0 TAPs @ $16 for Level 1 and puts the remainder into holding which is $15 which will accumulate until another TAP can be bought.

So now MM has 1.6 TAPs still. When we get to the next 10 day cycle assuming MM has not put anymore money into buying TAPs either from EWallet balance or Payment Processor MM now has 1.6 TAPs(30 AU) and everything happens again.

Except with this next cycle this happens. 1.6 Taps cycle 50% ($15) automatically goes into buying more TAPs and 50% nimus 10% ($13.50) goes into EWallet balance. So now in the holding you have $15(cycle 1) + $15 (cycle 2)= $30 which now allows the system to purchase another TAP for you, so you now have 1.7 TAPs for the next cycle plus you have $13.50(cycle 1) + $13.50(cycle 2) = $27.00 in your EWallet balance that you can use to buy more TAPs as well. This continues every 10 days.

As for how the PSU works.

Lets say the overall total amount of Founding Member Profit Share Units(PSU) throughout the system is 200,000 shares(just a number to work with). Now each month the overall total profit W4All made in that month is calculated. Lets say for numbers sake it is $60,000. Now the company pays out 60% of this profit.

So you take $60,000 x 60% =$36,000 profit to be paid back to founding members. Now there are 200,000 shares to divide this profit amongst so we need to do the following: $36,000 profit divided by 200,000 shares = .18 So every share is worth .18 this month. So in MM case here is his monthly PSU payout:

225 PSU x .18/share= $40.50 which will be paid to his EWallet balance.

Now the more people we bring in and the more TAPs that are purchased the more profit W4All will make which in turn will increase the amount each share is worth each month.

Hope this helps to understand a little better how each works.

heres some info I got from the last recording.
If you come in at tap 1.2=$32.00 bucks,you will be able to buy another tap on your 5th cycle.
So if you want to cut that time down,you need to get in with more.
Just depends where you want to be at in the program.

This does not include referral income,or fast start bonus.
Just the flat 1.2 and %50 auto invest.

The calculator to predict earnings will be available before too long as they are working on it now.It will be a nice addition to calculate where you want to be at.
Remember,you get paid right away on the first cycle,but its like a paycheck.Its always help back a week when you start.
In our case,it will be 10 days.
So your first pay will be available to view in your back office,but not able to withdrawl or invest for 10 days later.
Its for fraud protection and a good idea

By the looks of it,10 taps will give you roughly $25.00 on your first day.
2nd cycle will be 25 plus a little more,which I don't know yet.
And cycle 3 will be even a little more.

$2.50 a tap,or 50 cents per inner unit of which there is 5 in each tap.


So 20= 150 monthly.
30= 300 monthly,and so on.
Thats a start to understanding this a little more.

And add whatever the little extra is.

So if you have 7 taps,that equals=$17.50.And taps are 16.00....
Thats enough to buy you one more tap on auto purchase,and $1.50 left in your account.

So the next 10 days,you will have enough with just 6 taps,and it will go down and down from there.
And this is just the auto purchase.Not funds you can also use in your account.

As far as auto buy referral cash,I don't know about that yet,or if it even happens.
But if they use cash or balance,it should.

Although I'm not in this or any other teambuild for W4ALL
keep in mind that there are no downlines to build and no
matrices to deal with. Anyone at any time can come in
with up to $750 per 10 day cycle and jump ahead of someone
who has been here from the beginning. You see that means
that you can come in at anytime today, next week, next month,
next year(Can't wait for a year from now.. will be repurchasing
100% for at least 6 to 8 months!) it doesn't matter.
If you have a program that's working like me I'm taking all of
the monies out of those programs and putting all of it here.

First some terms:

TAP= Training and Advertising Packages(these are what you are purchasing. TAPs consist of AU's and Training courses.
AU= Advertising Units. These are what you earn on when you cycle. The amount of AU's you receive increase with each Level of TAPs for the 5 Levels offered.

For each Level of TAPs their are 12 sub levels. So basically for Level 1 you will purchase:

All TAPs must be bought in order starting with TAP 1.1

Level 3: Each TAP costs $64.00 and you receive 16 AU's per TAP

Hi,
You can find their id number,and a small envelope next to it so you can email them under the tab account stats.
Yes,50% goes into the cycle bucket.When it reaches enough to buy u a ad pack,it automatically does that.
Or you can add funds to get it to that amount to buy another by funding your ewallet in your back office.

When just starting out,yes its a 10 day wait.When u are buying every day though at least one or whatever you choose to do,you will build up,and then go to 2-1 and 3-1 in advertising packages.
They will cycle once -two times,exc exc,so actually after awhile,your getting cash every day.
Your back office will tell u cycle bucket funds,total funds,and money you can withdrawl.
Pretty easy once u get the hang of it.

The old rule was using the rotator,but due to members request,it is now a next in line.


Once you have signed up and upgraded with $10.00 (one time fee) plus at least 1 $16.00 ad package,come back here and post your id number and name for my records for the rotator (no more rotator)or you will NOT be included.
Also the rotator had bugs in it for some reason.Stros had the same problem with his,so thats why I discontinued the rotator.
