I do not understand why you would refund and close my account when all I when all I wanted to know was if there is some where that my rebates can be compounded to $1+ so that it can be withdrawn. At least it's an option you should consider for those who may just purchase 1 upgrade package.

I see no future for you at 40 cents using alertpay of making a profitt, if I was to have paid you 1.60 cents every 4 days lets say and you pay the fee to alertpay you would lose money so I did you a favor! Now if you want to upgrade at a higher denomination then its ok and I will reinstate your account if you agree to in the future allow me at least 48 hours to reply to any issues you might have before you post unfounded negatives about pending payments, you give others the opinion that the site might not be paying and thats definately not the case. Your call from here!

respected mmg members here, Why did mmg allow him his username back, just like you said
after 10 possibly even more programs he has ran. I for 1 have had my fair share of run ins with him.
I never joined this one right at the start but after a while with many known members joining i decided
to give him another go and play it as i see it and also play from past experience.
He says he's a new man, out with the BS, out with the foul, abusive emails ect and in with a more
level head, time will tell mate.

Retro active is a payout made after you already surfed and earned your surf payment and then you decided hey I going to upgrade, then your payout on that upgrade is called retro active payout and does not require you to surf again to be paid that day!

Referal commissions under .99 from alertpay can not be paid as alertpay requires 1.00 minimun now there are some who think that I am wrong by not paying the 20cents and 40 cents payouts. You realize theres alot to make the ends of a surf site work and the 12% instant payout is extremely good reward for a few minutes surfing each day. Liberty reserve ref pay is instant even if it was a penny and I wish everyone use it and there would be no qualms anyhow the ALERTPAY commissions under 99 cents can be used to but credits otherwise theres no way I can go and add up all them and pay them out just to have alertpay make 2.5% plus a 25 cent surcharge on it best if you tell your downline to upgrade larger if there using alertpay.
