In 1998 the Bank became a member of MICE (Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange) being entitled to trade all the foreign currencies quoted at the exchange. At the height of the crisis it enabled the Bank to offer its partners a complete range of services on conversion operations.

The Bank was given the status of Authorized body of such structures as State Customs Committee and Property Fund of Moscow. Wachovia Bank N.A. – New York International Branch, American Express Bank LTD, Dresdner bank AG, Commerzbank AG, Raiffeisen Zentralbank, Ost-West Handelsbank, Banca Nazionale Del Lavoro and others are among its foreign partners.
