Alter the User table by running this mysql query.

ALTER TABLE `user` CHANGE `payout_address` `payout_address` INT( ) DEFAULT NULL


This will only allow Numeric Type of entery in data base

Also make a test to check all Data is valide type.

i.e.

Numeric Test for Payee,Payer and Amount fileds

Before allowing insatnt payment
