Is Admin Spamming You?

I have been receiving email, with multiple referral links from admin in different programs, for programs other than their own. So my question is, is this spam?

I am not referring to Moneymakersgroup, they have never sent me spam.

No I don’t intend to report it as spam, but I wonder if all these programs that keep popping up everywhere are actually just list building. I would think that admin from any real program or activity would be to busy to refer others to all their new programs that they are joining.

Plus if they are joining all these other programs, when do they have time to run the program or activity that you joined, and vested some of your ¨Real Cash¨?

And not to mention what does this say about their program, if they do not have loyalty to their own program or activity?
