E-gold Exchanger In India Through Citibank, Need Some Help

I run an exchanger in Europe, and I also have a U.S. CitiBank account. Transfers to and from this account to/from India are same day and very convenient. I plan to run an E-gold exchanger in India and I need some help. My Indian friend told me it's not possible to transfer money to U.S. CitiBank from CitiBank India if you have a basic account. She says that advanced account is required, so I was wondering if there was anyone with such a CitiBank account that could help me make a test spend and try it out.
