What's Your Opinion On Pagerank?

Is pagerank important to you - or is it just a crock? Me...I really don't put too much value on pagerank these days. I seen too much crap with higher PR and a lot of quality pages with lower PR...so I really don't know what to think about this. Plus I've seen some sites with lower pagerank outrank some higher PR sites in the SERPs. And another thing is that Google took so long to update the last PR that I wonder how important it really is to them. So for me I really to think about pagerank too much; it's just an unreliable judgement to me. How about you?

How Many Parked Domain Names Do You Have?

Do you have a lot of parked domain names? If so are you just gonna let them sit -- or do you plan on actually doing something with them? I admit I have about 2 or 3 so that's not too excessive. I've heard of some people with like to a Hundred or more parked domains. Some may have money plans for them -- some sell them -- and some just let them sit and collect dust -- and some well... who knows?...
I recently decided to monetize one of my parked domains with the new Google Adsense for domain feature. We'll see how it goes... I figure if i can at least make some passive income off of it until (or if) I decide to do something else with it then hey why not!

So what about you...How many of parked domains do you have and what are you r e a l l y gonna sumthin with them?

People LOVE to Buy, but HATE to be Sold.

Rejection words are words that raise a "RED FLAG" to your prospect that you are trying to "Sell Them!"

It is better to replace these redflag words with softer less intimidating words that will engage your prospect rather than run them away...

Here's are a list of rejection words that come to mind at this moment. I have listed some replacement suggestions along with them as better options to consider. Fell free to add to/expand this list.
