Cookie Cutter Site

I purchased this site http://ebooksondiscount.com/ not knowing anything about cookie cutter sites. I didn't spend much so im not upset about it, but i am wondering if anyone has had success with this type of site? But more importantly, how can i tweak the site? to make it not a cookie cutter site. I am using cpanel.

Ok so i was using easyhits4u.com and like an idiot i didn't read all of google adsense terms, I stopped using easyhits4u, got rid of all links from them and myself. I am not banned by Google yet, if they haven't said anything am i ok? should i contact them saying i made an accident etc etc
