Can't Access Search Button - Add Is Blocking It

The search botton tab at the top of the forum is blocked by a MacroTrade Banner.
I see the Blogs and Links Button to the right of that ad banner but can't get to the other ones.

Is this a setting issue on my computer?
Are others having the same problem?
