Withdrawing Paypal To Ocbc

Hi!

Any fellow Singaporean members here ever withdraw your Paypal funds to your OCBC accounts?

I need some help. I sent my request last week and early today, it was reversed.

Can someone who has done that please PM me, or post here. What could be the possible problem?

1) Name in Paypal account spelt, Tan Ah Kow

2) OCBC bank code 7339

3) Branch code 514

4) Account #514XXXXXXX

Anyone Has Successfully Chargeback With Your Credit Card?

As above, has anyone had a fully successful chargeback with your credit card?

I have just been informed that my arbitration process with EMO Corp, via Visa international has been unsuccessful, therefore I have to honor my payment to EMO and an additional arbitration fee of US$500, that is despite that I have more than enough money in my EMO account, which I cant withdraw a cent!

I am seriously considering sueing Visa international for granting EMO Corp, a money transmitter, a Visa merchant account, even though EMO Corp does not a valid license for their core business. Someone in the loop must have made a very serious error in granting them the account or even worst, has been bribed! As a result, thousand of Visa/Mastercard members has to suffer.

This cannot be happening! We have to seek some justice! And the best way is to bring Visa innternational to court and make them answer all these questions and compensate all its members.

Is anyone with me on this? Please share your views or PM me. Thanks!

I will also appreciate if some qualified lawyers can also share their views on this.
