I got an odd e-mail this week from a person/company telling me to send EMO's Receiver more information on the funds we had in our EMO account. I have posted a copy of this below. Has any one else received such e-mails from that domain?

Mr. Andrews - As required by the Claims Procedure Order, please provide the Receiver with third party evidence of deposits into your EMO account (e.g., bank statements, wire confirmations, deposit slips, e-gold confirmations). Thanks.

I would have thought is was some scammer wanting my Bank Statements or bank account information since they asked for Bank Statements, Wire Confirmations & Deposits Slips, but they also asked for E-Gold Confirmations so I am not sure if it is legit or not.

How much money did you have in EMO?
Are you a category 'A' claimant?

I have still not received any email from them. So I wonder... is your case exceptional? Or are they going to request this kind of information to everybody?
