I have some a lot of emails to MB asking about my credit card verification process.
NOT A SINGLE REPLY RECEIVED!!!
They usualy replies but after a few weeks.
Did anybody tried to contact them via phone or fax?
I phoned them years back about a cc upload error, didnt help a whole deal but got through, they will usually reply to most emails as long as they are of importance and with correct details but can take a while
I faxed them I think, to verify my account or cc
they finally got back to me after about 2 weeks. and they said they would reply emails within 48 hours.

Yes,phone is the way to go,emails can be left unanswered for weeks and longer. Phone will always get their response and in many cases will solve the issue/problem on the spot or followed the conversation.
they charge a crazy fee for phone answering service.

They have been very helpful and I think if it is an urgent problem it might be worth swallowing the cost rather than wait 2 weeks for an email
Hey is there a fee for phone answering.that's ridiculous.but anyway can't do much about it.
but they still are the laziest repliers in the industry. QUOTE(newkeylass @ Aug 21 2005, 02:34 PM) I am in the UK so always phone. I email moneybookers quite often.. I often get my reply within 1 week.
Although slow, but they do help me solve my account problem...
got the same question, sent email still did not have it back to me so far
My all e-mails which sent to moneybookers are answered. Why are you so impatient ?
Likewise.
They do more than answers replies. Fund withdrawals are usually done in 3days. Now, less than 48hours..
yes, but very slow, my issues were solved, but it takes over half month.
