Hi Friends! I was looking to see if anyone could help me out with some research I'm doing on Non-U.S. filings with the SEC! Is there anyway of knowing what foreign companies have filed prospectus' with the SEC for Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB's)? Also, would such prospectus' be filed using F-3 forms? I would really appreciate it if anyone could direct me to where I might find this information. Thank You!!!
