Hey guys, I made fortunes offline and blew most through whatever that is between my legs (sorry moderators, no smut intended). Now I got time to play at making more fortunes online so I gather
in as much info as I can before taking the plunge so to speak. Sign up for this, sign up for that, schemes
that'l make your hair curl (if you got any), all dreamed up by so called money gurus. Next thing my inboxes
are filled with messages from the guru affiliates, all pronouncing the same BIG DEAL. You no doubt have had the same garbage too! To my mind everyone is trying to earn a decent living online but the sharks are picking off the unsuspecting minnows in there thousands. 30 days to success and all that Kayrap.
Take more notice of the MMG postings from genuine people and decide your own path to success.
I'm busy at the mo building a site that will pull a tongue at the so called gurus and buck the system.
Getting all the scripting together for the pages is doing my head in right now but my motto is - don't
take money making as the be all and end all - enjoy life and success will come to you.
Anyone wishing to take part in this venture can PM me or email.
Chill.

Alot of times these self proclaimmed gurus operate with a clear agenda... referral whores, and I'm not talking about the ones who are the obvious ones, the ones with the insane post count/membership join date ratio, but the ones not so obvious.

There was one in the Nex thread who made an unusual trolling post... won't say any names, but he's the one who brags that he has 40,000 subscribers to whatever he promotes... and I was baffled why he made that post, then I realized why, but I won't get into it.

Moral being... be just as wary of program bashers with personal agendas (you usually never see them post until a prog is showing some signs of slowing, and are the ones who usually come back later when the prog folds with "I told you so") as you are of senseless cheerleaders... in most cases, they will spam you silly, and neither one is looking out for your best interest

Absolutely true, cheers davidscript for your excellent input.
I think all masters should respond to a thread advising newbies on the many pitfalls, not just
to book a place in heaven but to ensure the integrity of the forum.
So many people have high expectations of earning, they get burned and never come back.
The result is a great loss to the community.
My own little piece on ponzi schemes is to tread carefully, if you want to get involved
just use pocket money and dont throw all your eggs in one basket!
Come on you masters, devote just a little of your time in sound advice to newbies.
You'l never know the well good feeling you will recieve untill you do it.
Chill.
