hello,does anyone know how i would go about getting a credit card with at least a 500.00 limit without my parents knowing once im a freshman in college? I cant afford to have ANYTHING sent to my house only my dorm room..but i notice most applications ask for dorm as well as home address..who can help me that has experience with doing this? I live in USA

Get a debit card instead

And tell your parents, what happens if something happens and you mess up and your ruin your credit rating (even if its a small max...)..

u can even use the debit card to get verified on paypal , plus reload only when u want to use it

yes but im going to need a credit card beacuse debit card you NEED to have the money on ur account before spending it.

but make sure u dont overspend what u can afford , I myself prefer a debit card and it's not troublesome either to fund your debit card

um if u dont have money then how the heck do u expect to make payments?
