I am still fighting back and forth wtih Stormpay for months now.

Originally Citi Mastercard told me my case was closed and then recently sent a new mail to me saying this....

" The charge of $226.00 has been rebilled to your account from Stormpay Inc because they have provided documentation showing the funds were deposited into your account then transferred to Charis F. Johnson's account (of 12 Daily Pro). Stormpay Inc is not responsible for any subsequent agreements, arrangements or payouts for web based advertising service programs made with 12 Daily Pro."

So basically, they want me to pay this charge again. They also provided documentation of some Terms and Conditions but they have no date, so I do not know if they have changed or not.

They also provided Stormpay's user agreement section that you check before you sign up. Once again, I know this has changed when Stormpay started getting busted for being criminals so does anyone have the original user agreement?

PLEASE, I need help, need to get this info sent in before August 1st or else I will have to pay, thanks!!

Yes stormpay is full of horriable people but you think its that simple to just take money away like that.... I would let it go if I were you.

Good Luck

Are you really telling me to pay the bs charges? They stole way to much money to let it go that easily...

Can anyone help?? They need a response soon, I need some material to back up my points and give me another base for argument to reverse these transactions!

Go to the group.
Ask helper1 or someone called "hub" there. They are the expert.

Wish you luck.

Why are they the experts?

Do they have your bank account or credit card information?

I would probably cancel my bank accounts, then open a new account after that. wink.gif
