Construction is still in its early stages (foundation) and is expected to be completed by fall 2008, with profits (in the form of interest paid on loans) distributed between summer and fall 2008. Exact target profit ranges cannot be promised but will be on a best efforts basis and are expected to be in excess of 50% of your loaned funds. One of the core strategies of the project is cost savings at every step, while insisting on top quality. This maximizes profits which are then shared with private lenders such as you.
There will be a series of such projects. After profit (interest) is paid to you, your funds (principle) loaned to this project will be automatically re-invested into the next project (unless requested specifically to be returned). To re-cap breifly, we have a real estate development (Colibri Villas Condos) in progress on the island of Roatan, Honduras. You can participate and profit, minimum private business loan to the project is $1,000. Profits cannot be guaranteed (legally or otherwise) but we are looking at something well above traditional 'investments' such as stock market, bonds and other such.
Main development features: only 6 condos, meaning privacy. Aesthetic semi-luxury at rock bottom prices. High construction standards, 3 private terraces, stainless steel appliances, fine Honduran hardwood cabinetry, granite counters, award-winning quality swimming pool/hot tub, magnificent color-lighted fountain, beautiful gardens, huge rooftop terraces with gardens and BBQ, satellite TV, Internet, backup power system and a view to die for.
Construction is still in its early stages and is expected to complete by fall 2008, with profits starting to be distributed when 5 of the condos have been sold. Refer a lender to us, big or small and receive 2% to 5% finder's fee (depending on size of loan). The above project still exists. During construction we ran out of funds to continue the project. Went back to the drawing board and should have that point resolved soon. Idea is to get back into construction July 08. Everything else remains true or valid.
