Hello everyone I have done some reaserch about MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) structures, and how I can use a mixture of structures to allow people to build a permant monthly income, by promotion and refering.

I will give my members the oportunity to upgrade their membership for a fixed amount of dollars monthly (which will be distributed to their upline [matrix style]), another income stream is sales, the nature of the product allows to member to earn a fixed monthly commsion on all sales.

Membership upgrading is only OPTIONAL! when you upgrade you will be entitled to FREE shipped business cards, DVDs, Books and resources that you can use to market you're downline successfuly.

You will also get this product for free to use for anything you might need.

The product has not been fully decided yet, and we're still working on it, and how to provide it as efficiently as possible.

The only thing I ask of you is to share you're opinion about this structure, and how do you think it can be improved.

I will hire programmers to create a custom script that links various websites to allow optimum groth and uptime, all payments will be made on a monthly bases using the e-gold currency. There will be NO minimum payouts (You don't have to wait to earn a fixed ammount to cash out), and there will be NO admin fees.

That's the 1st time I ever heard of a mlm offering any free physical marketing materials. Sounds interresting.

To think big I think you'll eventually need to offer another payment processor other than egold.

Yes I might need to talk to them about how their processor can be integrated into my system.

About the physical products, I've managed to get a hold of an old friend of mine who should be able to get my some personalsied buisiness cards for a reduced price, and i know that can come in handy when promoting in the real world, and they give a more profesional look to anyone passing them around.

As for the books and DVD's i'm still doing reaserch and buying tons of DVD's over the internet and trying to figure out which of them are REALY good to help in MLM promotion, and then i'll See if I can get a reduced price on them too if I buy in bulk.

As I said in the previous post all this is free for upgaded members and upgrade fee would be only about ($10 monthly).
