Does anyone know where to get a basic spreadsheet for tracking auto surfs? Nothing fancy, just some kind of Excel template where you can plug in the particulars of the different programs you're in.

Or, in lieu of that, can anyone with Excel knowledge share the steps to format a spreadsheet for this purpose?
