Let me introduce myself first
. My name is Carol and I've been hired by Mr. Michael Moanne for setting up and securing his server, as well as setting up forums, abchyip script, and YZManager 7.He's currently building his next scam called flexiearn.com (soon will be available on the web, but under a different name probably... anyway I'll get it since, being a security admin.... ). Currently this server is offline and hosted in APlus. The server was recently taken offline since I treathed him about going to the authorities if he didn't pay me the 3,500 U$D he owes me for my services as his main server admin.
A few thoughts:
#1 - I know Michael is monitoring this topic, I'm glad to know that he realizes that I'm going to put him in JAIL. This is not a treath, This is my promisse. As I said to him, I'm not an hyip investor, I'm just a humble IT person who has nothing to lose, about to get evicted since I spent 2k on a dress to travell to NY (all expenses paid to visit flexiearns.com in NY, a very reputable Forex company.). So far i've been nahib about this whole issue, but things are getting really bad for me.... I'll make sure things gets bad for him as well.
#1a - I'll make sure all the information I'm posting on this same forum is posted at every place Michael Moanne has any kind of relationship with, so once and for all this scammer is stopped (at least from doing business while he's free).
#2 - I have some hilarious chat logs with him, another scammed young and very talented server admin, and the CEO of a web design company in India. I'm waiting for their approval to post them here... just for the fun of the people who hasn't lost any money, but enjoy reading about how scum doesn't always gets through. Some ridiculous excuses and Seymoore Skinner styled bizarre explanations at the bottom of this post.
#3 - After a long research on him, found out every single details about how he operates, where does he send the money from, how does he connects to the net, etc.... And as long as the time goes by, I will have even more information from my sleeping newstellers.

Some people had some wrong information about payments he made since this guy has a funny custom: He asks other people ripped off for money in order to pay the people who treath him first. This is something from this other server admin, Rex is a ficticious character he made up, Online.Available. is Mr Michael Moanne, and "someone" is Me:
Online.Available. says:
I promised someone that Rex would pay him out, but the ******* went out for a vacation and I can't get him to connect. I would help him myself but all my cards are empty because of what I did at the CASINO yesterday... I'll have some money on MONDAY, but this guy cannot wait that long, I know its embarrasing to ask a KID for help but if you help me, you'll get twice the amount back.
I have no words for this, I would love to hear some opinions as well.
#3b - It all starts by him building this whole fraud. He hires people, pays some hundred to those who ask for cash in advance, and Invites people over NY (or whatever the fraud is ficticiously located at) to the people who wasn't paid at all in order to prolongate the work time without paying his victims. Once everyone realizes this is a scam, he blocks people from his account electronic_gold_box@yahoo.com and noone has access to him anymore. Then he launches the service, with some luck this one wont ever reach the web.

The VISA does exist, not publicly but internally but within the system record, it was not possible to make the VISA available for anyone to search for, on the VISA itself it consists of a code that makes it searchable in any system that the US government uses, which makes it valid when in hand, which was said by the contact we use in the VISA Authority Agency.

Carol To explain the above, it means that the VISA was not approved by all departments, as the department that was skipped increased the issuance of the actual VISA, not to worry, this is not an issue that you need to worry about it as its completely a normal VISA but the department that enters it into the public database did not have anything to do with the VISA so technically it doesn't exist but

One of the main reasons I took the time about writting this post and do all this investigation which obviously has a lot more content in it which I'm discussing with my brother (my lawyer) if I should disclosure it or not, I'm looking forward to get a job from anyone in order to pay the debts this sir left me over... I hope you people found this informative and I also hope it to prove my skills has a security consultant. I trust that someone will appreciate this and make a space in his/her heart and think about me when any help is needed.
Thanks to all of you for this Forum, I'll make sure this same information is posted wherever is relevant and this scammer gets stopped for good in order to avoid future victims.
