I guess it just takes some time for you to start having spillovers. I also haven't had any from our team.

Year that correct, but i think its a 'bad plan' we have on our team. If everyone has to get 8 people, before it is the next members turn, we can wait forever.

NO, This is NOT OK with me, as I have stated at least 3 other times when you have said you are going to change this from the original sign up plan. NO NO NO>>
