Time to log into your EMO accounts and print out all your transaction history information.

The claims procedure plan has been approved. Emails should be coming very soon. Anyone with > $5000 in their EMO account needs to file the claim form by 8/16/06. Everyone else just needs to sit back and wait.

On June 14, 2006 the Judge entered the Agreed Order Granting First Amended Receiver's Motion to Establish Claims Procedure Plan and to Approve Claim Forms (the Claims Process Order). All account holders of record will receive via email a letter and claim form from the Receiver explaining the claims process and any necessary steps that a claimant may need to take. If you do not receive an email from the Receiver and believe that you have a claim against EMO, then you can print the claim form located in the Claims Process Order, follow the steps outlined in the Claims Process Order and submit the claim form to the Receiver as noted in the Claims Process Order. Please note that the Receiver can not give you legal advice as to how to file your claim. The Receivers Motion to Pool Assets is currently pending and we expect a hearing on the matter in late June. The Receiver recently reached a settlement with EMO™s landlord on the Courtyard office space that was vacated by the Receiver; no settlement has been reached yet on EMO™s vacant Mesa office space. The Receiver continues to have discussions with EMO™s secured lenders regarding the amounts and status of their claims. The Receiver continues to market the assets of EMO (primarily software and patent pendings) to potential asset purchasers; no offers have been received as of yet. The Receiver is currently preparing for depositions to be taken from Todd Tredeau, Nancy Humphries and Tracey Jones, in order to better understand the current cash deficiency.

then how they know about my account and the amount to give me back

All you need to do is wait for now since your account balance is correct.
The emails will probably come in the next few days.

All claims under $5000 are being processed automatically.
The receiver has all of our contact information from when we signed up for our EMO accounts.

So just sit back and wait for the email and any future updates.

OMG how come i got this message...i have tremendous bad luck in this EMO. Before it down i was trying to cashout and I was unable to do so even my account was verified. Now I got this stupid message saying this is a fraud account??? Oh i guess i should forget my $450....

I logged in.. my balance is correct... but on that latest update they have, they say that if you didn't receive an e-mail, that we need to fill out a claim form... not sit back and wait. I never received an e-mail.. has anyone here received one?

I don't believe anyone has received the email yet. The update is dated 6/16 but the copy I quoted earlier was posted on 6/23 and it has slightly changed wording since then.

Until someone confirms that they have received an email I won't be worrying about it.

Same shiet WTF. So where to find this proof???

well, for starters, about 800,000 worth of chargebacks from your "great" customers, you won't be getting any money for sure, or any other surf programs with such "honest" customers.

In the mean time, back at the ranch, you might consider the fact NOBODY will be getting a dime, here is why, so far, the receiver has charged 1/4 of the money emo had in "fees" and by the time he is done, in a year, there will be no money left for anyone. I would suggest another alternative to screw the reciever, texas.

before you do, keep in mind, emo principle can and will file mass objections to all claims including;
1. surf programs whos members have chargedback
2. 12dp members who did not pay into 12dp
3. the "honest" members who chargeback their transactions after buying e-gold

additionally, there is the issue of all the fees incurred, as a result of those chargebacks, and, we're also paying all of the recievers fees from OUR money, that's what I hear.

1. It is the attorney generals intention to make emo the "internet poster child for fraud" how poetic, as there has never been any public complaints about emo, who are the "protecting".
2. Who is the party that "brought" to the banking commissions attention in letter of 1/20.
3. Why was emo not given the same timelines allowed by their own laws to apply for a license if one was required?
4. What gave or gives the texas ag greg abbott jurisdiction over anyone, but texas residents... NOTHING he does not have it.
5. Why if the state of texas is protecting "our" money, are they spending "our" money to do it?
6. Why has the reciever not posted his "bills" for his protection on the web site (see below) and what the founder of emo has done to try and fight it, to protect "our" money.

it's not former emo principles fault, it's the crooked customers who are charging back. Between receiver fees and chargebacks, there won't be much left. Read about what the don't want you to know at Loot Company
