Hello everyone,
Maybe this will make your eye balls grow bigger with $$ sign inside.
Some people need to see some real thing or to show proof before believing. So seeing is believing, right?
Here is the wire transfer slip I received from Maybank.................
Let me make this clear as I do not earn this much each month but of course I wish I do. Its just the total of what I bring home end of the month and share with those who believed & upgraded my accounts.
They are laughing all the way to the bank...
I hope this is big enough for you guys to believe.
3 Cheers to ST!

Not sure if there's any implication in taxation or something.

i think kof is also envious, unless he has changed his name then again, he might have made more than michael
but that cheque is simply amazing... i wonder how long it took for him to accumulate that amount?
as far as taxation is concerned, it is income and taxable but whether you declare it or not is up to you. as for me, i would simply take myself on a holiday to singapore and open a usd account there and save myself all the trouble...

wei.. wei.. guy... it's not my cheque lar.. but i wish it's me
personally, i only do WT and EG withdrawal but both of them need to be bypass studiopay and pls make sure ur a/c is verified
regarding taxation, as long ur WT is less than RM20k(possible up to RM50k) per month and is oversea income (SP paid by usd$), u dun hav 2 declare it regarding to LHDN term and condition. make sure u keep the bank slip for prove when LHDN requests it

Haha, good for you kof. Btw, silly question, what is WT??
About taxation, I have another silly question. If a friend of mine want to transfer a huge sum of money (say RM150k) to my bank a/c, will the bank report this to the tax dept or law enforcer? Reason I ask is that they sold something at Internet and need a local a/c here (they are white guys so they don't want to go through hazzle create one).
Keep the gold coming!

WT refers to WireTransfer or international WT
for RM150k, u hav 2 declare it but not just LHDN but also the BNM (bank negara malaysia). i not sure about how u can run away with LHDN, but for BNM, split the transaction into multiple transactions and each of them must be less than RM50k.
eg. payment received in 5 transactions @ RM30k each.

New questions
If this month i made wiretransfer --> and got RM 30k (no need to declare, right?)
Next month i made one more wiretransfer --> RM 30k too
The total of 2 transaction would be RM 60k
So i need to declare for that amount?

Hello everyone,
Pertaining to the incoming money from overseas, ECM (exchange control of Malaysia) guideline says:
i) For amount of RM50K and below, no declaration required (Financial Institutions (FIs) do not required to submit Form R to Bank Negara M'sia (BNM), they only required to submit bulk report (all transaction below RM50K to be lump together and report to BMN on monthly basis).
ii) For amount of RM50K to RM1.0M, the receipient requires to fill in the Form R and FI to submit all Form Rs to BNM on monthly basis for their checking purposes
iii) For amount of RM1.0M to RM5.0M, the receipient requires BNM permission to receive the money. The receipient will have to obtain BNM permission (via letter) for this incoming money.
iv) For amount of RM5.0M and above, BNM approval is required. Pls take note, approval and permission are 2 separate meanings in ECM. Approval for receipt of money will have an approval code issued by BNM (to be fill in Form R) whereas permission will not have an approval code.
So, from this ECM guidelines, majority of us will not have to fill in the Form R as the incoming money will be less than RM50K. The reason of PBB asking the receipient to declare the money is just to proctect themselves in the event of any inquiry from BNM (BNM is actively checking all incoming money to find any action against AMLA - Anti Money Laudering Act).

Under the Exchange Control Act 1953, any foreign currency amount in excess of RM50,000 (RM50,000-01), you need to submit a Form R which is available in all Malaysian commercial banks. This form will be submitted electronically by the commercial bank to Bank Negara Malaysia(BNM). You will need to provide them the source of the incoming fund.
One of the functions of the Act is to monitor the inflow and outflow of funds.
To avoid filling in the Form R, go below RM50,001 per transaction. Any amount below that will be submitted in the Bulk R, also to be submitted to BNM daily but without the hassle to fill in any forms, which you are not aware of.
We know PIN is a reliable program and with this newly announced paid-to-surf and earn 2% daily, I think it's good to share.
But some drawbacks here, upgrade fee is $25, a bit on high side.
My calculator tell me $0.5 cent a day, ROI in 50 days. Still better than ST I guess?
Any of you think the reason PIN is introducing this, is because they're running out of $$$. Opinions?

No - PIN uses a controlled cycling method. yes - some of the energy (those ppl who signed up in TGT under the escalator have 4% of upgrading go to the PIN escalator) is diverted PIN has been diversifying. It is one thing when a program starts another program very similar in an effort to pay out the stalled program BUT......
PIN is NOT STALLED LOL (I made ANOTHER 3K USD this month there) PIN is a profit sharing BUSINESS and TGT is a GPT view site.

Hi ryan, I'm also in..
Like jamal said, we cannot compare between ST N TGT. However this is one of good oppurtunity..As the mother's programme "PIN" is a reliable & paid so far...hehehe... why don't we spend some money in TGT. Anyway, be reminded..CALCULATED RISKS N RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS must be considered and very important in online biz.

From ST's Admin; "Our office in Singapore and Spain will be ready within 2 months. We aim to have 100 people with us full time within 3 months from now. If you think you are a good manager and can help us setup offices worldwide, reply to this email and let us know how you will go about it in your country. Don’t ask us to tell you what we want, you tell us what your ideas are, this way we can get a better feel for your ideas, innovation and ingenuity."
Hey Kof, I know you and many others are strong proponents of ST, why not ask them to setup an office in Malaysia, and you guys can be the managers..

How nice if ST setup their office here, but what makes ST attractive enough here?
In term of advertisement and power of branding, Singapore beat Malaysia (not sure if everyone agree but my friend in advertisement line base in Spore and KL told me this). Next is legal which I won't comment much.
Hopefully ST will chose Malaysia as their profit center one day but it ain't be easy. Telecommunication infra here is state-of-the-art but SLA is still a question to most MSC.
Just a thought of the day.

ST's Global Advertising Campaign
I've been reading about this Global Advertising Campaign (GAC) in here and also ST's forum... I understand that once we have reached $2000, we have to contribute 20% of our profit to GAC. My questions are;
1. Will ST automatically cut the 20% from our profits once it is withdrawn? 2. Or will a button pop up in the Member's Area asking us to contribute? 3. Or maybe send a notification e-mail or something?
i would say many of ST's members do agree with this idea as it will ensure the longevity of the program (how long? I dont know, ask the seniors/gurus here) but there are some who do not want to contribute and will not upgrade more that $1990. What do you guys think?
