1) First wait till Receiver posts on EMO site to file your claim and or contacts you to file,

2) Receiver will make available the EMO website using your login information and crypto card and make screen shots of your account balances and info.

3)Go to EMO web site and click on contact receiver, He is a very helpful person with a freindly attitude.

What is posted on the EMO website is a motion for members to file a claim to reinburse account holder,s funds , (I am unsure of what percentage due to EMO not having enough assetts to repay in full the obligations of its accounts). This motion has to be approved by the district judge before it can be issued for compliance. Once the Judge approves the motion ( If he does) you must follow his order exactly to have any hope of recovery. The companies records say there are approximately 18000 accounts , 17900 of those are of 5000 dollars or less and 100 are of greater value. The receiver asks the courts to satisfy the members accounts on a pro rata basis. Hope this helps clear things up. Just keep an eye on the EMO site and this is where you will be notified of the judges decision.
