So sad. Haven't even cashout a single cent! I think Michael will only release that money if Mel put in another 50% of the cash pending. It doesn't matter if the upgrade expired before or after the New Terms cos the New Terms applies to all upgrades not matter what the state of the upgrade is ( i.e Active, Pending, New)

Face it folks....she was a poor manager....$5000 is a drop in the bucket. I don't think she was a scammer just a poor manager.

hehe ... i had here 3wages in my country(500$-my real money lol-just funded egold with them) and received only 1 payout of 90$

"the internet - where the men are men, women are men, and children are fbi agents" . who really gives about the 5k that michael withheld within GS, I highly doubt it would cover even the tiniest percentage of refunds for you guys so why do you all latch on to it like the 5k is the holy grail for lunar surfing?

Its not uncommon for females to refer to their friends as "girlfriends". Mel is probably a girl but that really doesn't matter much...

@aesthic - when a program only brought in 30k total, 5k is 1/6th of the total amount of money that the site had. Just assuming 5K in payouts were made that is 10k ... 33% of the total available money that could be used for refunds. Sure the refunds wouldnt be that good, but something is better than nothing...

The fact of the matter is that GS admin came in here and said he would offer refunds with Melanies 5K that she was due and then decided to keep that money for himself and not offer what he already said he would. He's holding that money ransom.. Even if Mel followed the 50% rule that he implmented thats still 2K that could of been used for refunds..

But people shouldn't be counting on anything from this one. It is just a shame that certain admins will do something like that..

Actually here's something funny..Melle actually accepted my invitation to chat on Yahoo. I was surprised as she and I had never really met eye to eye. I must say this and people will think I'm on crack...but I don't think the woman is lying about Hellyeah jacking the money from LS. Why the hell would this lady go through the trouble of posting on TalkGold and such to try to prove her innocence? It's apparent she won't be running another program..so why not just enjoy the 20k or WHATEVER she was supposed to have taken and not try to answer to anyone?

I can look at things objectively and put puzzle pieces together. Especially now that I've been ridiculed and accused myself.

Now you know the reason I decided to try and chat with her is because of the drama that did go down in reference to GS. I wanted to know for myself what went down and it's the same thing that happened with LH.

So, now it is found out that Michael also had promoted LS had an account and made ref. commission off of LS GETS PAID FOR THE REF. COMMISSION. SAME THING...with TPR...emails promoting TPR...gets ref. commission. GETS PAID for the REF. COMMISSION. And ironically enough...he ignores the admins of BOTH sites and doesn't pay them...GO FIGURE! Melle's was the LS money...LH was her own personal money. But the same concept. The GS admin ignored her...even if he thought she was a scammer, ignored LH...and of course I'm supposedly a scammer now as well for speaking out on it. Do the math on that one...hmmmm......

Anyway, all is said and done and I told her i would post here in the LS thread. To summarize things, I believe Hellyeah is the "scammer." I believe Melle was indeed NAIVE in trusting the man...and the GS scenario...folks already know how I feel about that. Now I can truly lay this to rest knowing I am not crazy..well maybe I am, but that's a whole different story.

It's in the "past" now I suppose...we all move forward.

I said it before and I still believe that Melle did not set out to scam anyone, she undoubtedly made a lot of mistakes, but she really wanted Lunar to be a success.

that things turned out this way.

Believe me, Melle is a good person and she is feeling awful with what happened so I
would not add to her misery any more.

I don't know Melle and I don't think she's a scammer. But that doesn't change the fact that my $60 ( which is too small in some of your eyes) is gone. Can someone donate $60 back to me. It was a lot of hard work for me to come out with that $60 and now it is gone.

Someone who thinks she was not scammer can do it to help her...

This one was doomed a few days after its start in my opinion.
The drama, which ultimately killed the site, after causing member support and enthusiasm to falter, was caused by the takeover of the site by Melanie. The firing of Zac, and the taking on of HellYeah also aided in its destruction and failure. LunarSurfing had a lot of potential, and someday may have been number. It was a severe case of "should've, could've, would've". I hope everyone can move on, and that their losses were not as bad as they could've been. Hellyeah was a bit of what I call an "opportunistic scammer." He had 20,000 - 30,000 in front of him, and siezed the chance. 20,000 - 30,000 is a lot anywhere, even here in the United States. Had he been from a third world or less fortunate country, he could have had enough to last a long time.
