May I know why this thing happened? What was the root cause? Thanks.

Because for whatever reason the compounding/upgrade referral link was functional when we didn't want it to be. I made sure everyone knew bc I saw it as a potential cheating mechanism... sign up, upgrade, sign up under yourself, surf the 1st account, upgrade the 2nd account from your commissions.
We dont want that.

i saw u in another new start-up AS & im just stating what i observed

I'm getting reports that many people are requesting cashouts already. I realize that it says under cash balance that you can request a cashout with a minimum of $15, but this was supposed to have been changed. We are working on it and hope this hasnt caused too much confusion, but it should say that cashouts will take place after upgrades expire. There will be no requesting.

Sorry for any confusion this may cause, and I will get Melle to send out an email to everyone so everyone will know. Thanks.
