Any reasonable person would support your decision in this case. What Zac did was an equivalent to breaking a non-disclosure agreement and a conflict of interests agreement in the real world. You didn't have any choice, I think it's clear as day. The rest of truth is not so important to this situation, IHMO.

We began to talk very soon- nice chats- I must admitt. He seems to be experienced.... I asked him, if he is really his friend and he said "yes- he is and a very nice and honest guy"- Ok- so I came there and supported a bit. A few days later- Matt told me he would be extortet by someone.... hmm? He said a guy is blackmailing him on MMG. I asked who is it? Cause he wanted my support again...lol I found out that that was the same guy "his friend" where he asked me to help him out in his friends thread. He told me he would be a scammer and such. I was really shocked, cause I thought they would be friends. No- they weren't...fishy.. I was wondering, why he wanted me to support there. Either he get money for that- or he is involved, fishy...really fishy... I was disappointed by Matt and told Luke about the story...He was also sceptic...(thanks Luke- you tried always to open my eyes about Matt) Matt told me sorry and sorry again, he was soooo nice and tried to change my mind, cause I told him, I don't want to make further busness with him. So we decided to give him a chance to proove his identity by sending us a copy of his documents or driver licence or such. In these conferences, Matt behave very weird. Telling us he has no scanner- he has to go to his friends for that and so on. And then we wanted to have his real adress- what a fight: "what will you do with it" "will you give someone else??" Anyway- no adress- no documents we get. Luke didn't want to work with Matt further... In the meantime Luke and me had some argues- Matt was still trying to get my trust back. And cause of the problems with Luke, which have been more personally, I needed someone to lean on- and it was Matt. He listened to my problems, have been very nice and kind to me- so I forgot this thing he lied to me and gave him another chance (silly Mel) So I went with Matt instead of Luke- Luke can all confirm I am telling here now. We discussed further our LUNARSURF... Matt told me he had some good mods for our surf. It was Zac and Dust.... Zac I knew from MMG, had seen him several times there, and Dust- the old Mod of Phoenix- Surf- yeah why not?? They are for sure good guys. So I agreed. Igave him also $210 to buy script and server and all- cause he didn't have any money. He bought it from ACD Host and Design- also Lunar was made by them, thanks guys- I love it!!! One day- before Matt came online, I got a message on yahoo from Zac- do you know what happened to Matt? No- what's up? He has got banned from MMG- cause of having mutliple accounts there and such. OMG  I was done- I flipped out, really I did. Matt came on after that and I was sooo angry, attacked him with several things. Why he did that and why I were so silly to do with him instead of Luke.... and so on...Women flipping....He told me, all are missunderstandings, he was just helping some guys out by design and such. Created an account for them on MMG from his laptop and that's why all are thinking that he would have multiple accounts. Can't remember, how long w talked... really not- but he reached again that I believed him. He asked me to please the mods to let him back- I did. I sent msg to Global- to radmax- without success. That's what I got from Radmax to my request: Relay the message that that is BS and he isn't getting unbanned. Just for your information Mel, He posted many times under the admin accounts silverbank.biz, sd hyip, and sd hyip -justin. In those threads he also used his main ID (harrypotterm1224) and xmattx1224 to generate hype and mislead people. His post history and Static IP trail don't lie. He isn't as honest as you may think he is. Jacob so hmm???? I was confused... as you can imagine.... But I trusted him again, he told me all would be just a missunderstanding and all will be cleared up soon. Time went by... Nothing happened..... The site was ready, all have been ready- I was just waiting for him to come back to MMG- lol But- in my heart I began to doubt of course-- why has he got banned? what about the lies before? Am I doing the right? So I tested him and asked him to open a scammer Hyip with me- I did all to sound serious- cried to him and such- women trick lol He resisted... hmm, really he told me not to open a scam site!! I was surprised and happy about his reaction. And I thought again, now he is worth to get my trust, I really believed all the mods and such have been wrong.  And I decided to keep e-gold pass and such with me.Ok, I told him- I can't wait anylonger to open Lunar and he could work with me in the background till he would come back to MMG. He promised me that all will be ready (content and such) till the first of june- that was my goal- yeah he did the content- but I am honest- I am not able to do things like that lol- Hellyaeh knows that. He promised me... LAUNCH 1st of June I was happy- my site was launched!!!! Excited lol.... but? all settings have been wrong as you surely can remember, even the % have been setted to 1% LOL. I need help and asked Michael to help me... he brought me someone, also a MMg member, to help me out. He went to the control panel and suddenly he asked me "is Matt your partner?" yes- why? hmmm just so and he added laughing smilies to his answer like that--->  and not only once.hmmm really weird I thought- he told me, all settings were wrong. WOOOW- I thought I would fell from my chair That was toooooo much for me, so disappointing.... a kid!!! My daughter is 12- and he is only 3 years older than her!!!! OMG My hope hope had gone... really.. I needed to think all over. On one site I felt compassion for him- on the other site...hmm working with a kid? Banned on MMG? Lies? No- I didn't want it anylonger- I wanted to be Lunar a success and I couldn't imagine to have it with him and his stories. I was tired of them!!! I contacted all ppl I knew which have been involved, changed all the passes again and so on...got panic he would steal the money. That was a hard day- I talked to John, Ariel and told them the truth and that I wanted to have Lunar- they helped me alot and believed me on the spot. I managed all to take him any access to Lunar. In the eve I told him that I don'T want to work with him anylonger, that I can't!!!! And BTW before that I paid him $400 for his "work". He came on yahoo later- oh what a converstion- I had to stay hard, very hard, cause he was crying and crying and telling me that I will regret- I would steal his work, I took him his dream and such soap operas...  I stayed hard, I didnt changed my mind.This day, I talked to Hellyeah on Yahoo- I knew him already and we talked often on yahoo before, also he was a member in my Hyip round. I needed someone who listened to me. I told him all, all that have been in my heart, he was shocked as well as me. During that talk we decided to go together- WISE DECISION- Hellyeah is just great, honest and diligent- woow what a man! I can lean on him, really I can. It was then that I found out the details, got to see the autosurf template online (which was VERY impressive), and then started talking to Melle. A few days before launch Matt offered me a Moderator position, due to my interest and attitude towards autosurfing in general. Melle told me they were glad to have me on board, and I even got my name on the LunarSurf forum. So, as Launch day came up, I was super excited. I even called in sick to 1 of my on campus jobs just so I could make sure I was here. I had already signed up, my banner already in my sig (I'd just have to click submit), and was eager to post the thread on talkgold asap once Melle made it on MMG. I got the word out to the monitor code4gold (I speak to the admin all the time) and started pushing this program as much as I could to everyone I knew on yahoo and msn. They were definitely interested since I was involved. Then it happened. Randomly one morning after waking up I recieved a msg from Melle telling me to "check the lunarsurf thread for an update." I read it. Matt had been fired. I didn't know why, and after much pressing Melle finally told me. Apparently she found out that he was 15 years old. Whether or not that is true, I have no idea. I will say, that if it is true, I have never met a more intelligent 15 year old in my life. I swear, this kids a genius. I was puzzled, but went along with Melle, because of course I was out to save my butt and keep myself out of trouble. She said she "didnt want to be working with a child." Ok, fair enough. So the next day, I see that "Hellyeah" has been hired as a new admin. I knew nothing about this guy. The only things I remember about him were seeing him involved in is his program "SNSI - Simple and Solid Investment" which had many rounds, a few of which were apparently fairly successful, and how he "wrot lik dis." To be honest, Blizz, a friend of mine, was a member of SNSI and shared it with me, but I refused to join. To me, anyone who writz lik dis al the tyme ezpescily if hez an admin just doesnt strike me as a serious person. So I refused. But I kept my mouth shut. I was just happy seeing my network grow and thought I had finally found "the one" I needed. Like I said earlier, I was watching my back. Then it changed. My Story Volume 2 When I first came into this arena and joined MMG I was absolutely blown away with what I saw. I saw opportunity if I played it right. The autosurf world has proven to be very profitable for the few people that know what/when/how to play it. I was determined to become one of those people. I don't think many people understand the power of networking; and so thats what I did. I got to know as many people here at MMG as I possibly could, and thank the lord I did because they have certainly kept me from making bad decisions. I'm on my way to where I want to be and will soon accomplish the goals I set forth not too long ago. However, there comes a time when you have to balance ethical behavior with greed, and thats when the ball stopped bouncing for me. That is why I am writing this today. I'm not doing this out of jealousy,anger, sadness, hatred, or embarassment. I'm certainly not doing this out of greed, because, if I was greedy, I would have kept my mouth shut for the $ Melle paid and would pay me to be active in the forum. But I refuse to do that any longer. So I sit in my chair typing this right now in the hopes of unlocking this case of lies and deception in the hopes that some people will benefit from it. Some people will hate me, but I don't care. My youth minister always told me that all you need is 1 person and you could essentially influence 100. I started to wonder whether or not this was the program for me when I realized the red flags in front of me. Only someone in my position could see them. MsVee, the owner of hyipforum .com and I had been talking back and forth about LunarSurf. She helps run ASA, the #1 autosurf monitor and I figured if I could get in good with her and if I was able to get her to like our program, we could skyrocket. DDOS protection is another thing you guys REALLY need to look into. One day- before Matt came online, I got a message on yahoo from Zac- do you know what happened to Matt? No- what's up? He has got banned from MMG- cause of having mutliple accounts there and such. OMG I was done- I flipped out, really I did. Matt came on after that and I was sooo angry, attacked him with several things. Why he did that and why I were so silly to do with him instead of Luke.... and so on...Women flipping....He told me, all are missunderstandings, he was just helping some guys out by design and such. Created an account for them on MMG from his laptop and that's why all are thinking that he would have multiple accounts. Can't remember, how long w talked... really not- but he reached again that I believed him. He asked me to please the mods to let him back- I did. I sent msg to Global- to radmax- without success. That's what I got from Radmax to my request: Relay the message that that is BS and he isn't getting unbanned. Just for your information Mel, He posted many times under the admin accounts silverbank.biz, sd hyip, and sd hyip -justin. In those threads he also used his main ID (harrypotterm1224) and xmattx1224 to generate hype and mislead people. His post history and Static IP trail don't lie. He isn't as honest as you may think he is. Jacob so hmm???? I was confused... as you can imagine.... But I trusted him again, he told me all would be just a missunderstanding and all will be cleared up soon. Time went by... Nothing happened..... The site was ready, all have been ready- I was just waiting for him to come back to MMG- lol But- in my heart I began to doubt of course-- why has he got banned? what about the lies before? Am I doing the right? So I tested him and asked him to open a scammer Hyip with me- I did all to sound serious- cried to him and such- women trick lol He resisted... hmm, really he told me not to open a scam site!! I was surprised and happy about his reaction. And I thought again, now he is worth to get my trust, I really believed all the mods and such have been wrong. And I decided to keep e-gold pass and such with me.Ok, I told him- I can't wait anylonger to open Lunar and he could work with me in the background till he would come back to MMG. He promised me that all will be ready (content and such) till the first of june- that was my goal- yeah he did the content- but I am honest- I am not able to do things like that lol- Hellyaeh knows that. He promised me... LAUNCH 1st of June I was happy- my site was launched!!!! Excited lol.... but? all settings have been wrong as you surely can remember, even the % have been setted to 1% LOL. I need help and asked Michael to help me... he brought me someone, also a MMg member, to help me out. He went to the control panel and suddenly he asked me "is Matt your partner?" yes- why? hmmm just so and he added laughing smilies to his answer like that---> and not only once.hmmm really weird I thought- he told me, all settings were wrong. Oh, what a stress, all wrong- Matt not here and nobody to support me here on MMG. I still believed in Matt and his knowlegde lol He trusted me and some day I asked him again for his age agian, he told me once to be 27. He deflected- he had to go to the phone...bla bla bla... I asked again and again- till he gave up. He said- you will be mad with me- very. I promised him not to be.... I asked further and further, cause I can be very stubborn lol. And then I got my answer. I am a teenager!! I thought he would be 18 or so, I wouldn't have a prob with that though. But NO- he told me to be only 15!!!! WOOOW- I thought I would fell from my chair That was toooooo much for me, so disappointing.... a kid!!! My daughter is 12- and he is only 3 years older than her!!!! OMG My hope hope had gone... really.. I needed to think all over. On one site I felt compassion for him- on the other site...hmm working with a kid? Banned on MMG? Lies? No- I didn't want it anylonger- I wanted to be Lunar a success and I couldn't imagine to have it with him and his stories. I was tired of them!!! I contacted all ppl I knew which have been involved, changed all the passes again and so on...got panic he would steal the money. That was a hard day- I talked to John, Ariel from ACD Host and Dust and told them the truth and that I wanted to have Lunar- they helped me alot and believed me on the spot. THANK YOU- WILL NEVER FORGET THE SUPPORT YOU GAVE! I managed all to take him any access to Lunar. In the eve I told him that I don'T want to work with him anylonger, that I can't!!!! And BTW before that I paid him $400 for his "work". He came on yahoo later- oh what a converstion- I had to stay hard, very hard, cause he was crying and crying and telling me that I will regret- I would steal his work, I took him his dream and such soap operas... I stayed hard, I didnt changed my mind.This day, I talked to Hellyeah on Yahoo- I knew him already and we talked often on yahoo before, also he was a member in my Hyip round. I needed someone who listened to me. I told him all, all that have been in my heart, he was shocked as well as me. During that talk we decided to go together- WISE DECISION- Hellyeah is just great, honest and diligent- woow what a man! I can lean on him, really I can. Actually, the dns report came back reporting that the DNS was open to do recursive DNS lookups. This has nothing to do with sneding/recieving email. :-)
However, the DNS servers are different than that of the program servers. all's i can say is this... what a string of unforunate events. as an admin, you have the right to do as you feel is best. zac did do a lot for the program... even though he has a bunch of offline committments, he was on here a lot, and helped a lot. he also brought a bunch of ppl to the program. so sad that this is the way it played out. what a soap opera! guess i'll make some popcorn and keep watching, too.
