hi all
please anyone help me i transferd 50 $ to my intgold account by goldage.com and they transfered them in my intgold account : 248656 and when i tried to use them i had message that im in level 1 and i have to send some copy pass & lice ....etc
i sent this copyes to intgold admin by fax and im waiting from long time but im still in level 1 also i sent that make me in level 5 itried to call but no answer sent more than 15 mails no answer .i cant return them to my e-gold and cant buy .please anyone can help me or know admin please call them my account id : 248656

The first thing is that the more emails that you send, the more it slows things down. Try getting the documents scanned, converted to .pdf and email them. Imagine even 1000 members sending the same volume of email. The time it takes to go through the email becomes substantialluy longer therefore it takes them longer to get the tasks done. It took me almost 3 weeks to get my personal one verified and then I had to call because they seemed to ignore a document. As soon as I called, it was sorted and my level is what it should be...*S*

Secondly, they are unlikely to discuss your account with anyone but you. Asking for others on this forum to help is not likely to get your account level increased...*S*
