I want just to clarify and ensure our members on a few things related
to the Credit Cards Matter:

1. We have not decided yet if follow up or not on a legal action
against ThayEpay. There are many factors to evaluate and not just the fact
that we are on the right side accordingly to our contract with them.
It is anyway important to underline that no Credit cards transactions
was refunded, that all the money have been regularly credited to our
members balances and all have been almost used in the system.

2. We are working hard to find the best solution in a timely manner
but as I said already can not be an easy solution and will require some
time.

To get the first gateway available and then have high charges or not
safe services is not our goal.

We do not mind to wait, and all our members also have to be patient.
The risk to get safety problems and to loose our and yours money is too
high. We always consider our Customers protection first and this is why
we will be very careful in choosing the new gateway no matter the time
needed to.

3. Following our standard in transparence I want to let you to know
that we are looking for different possible solutions:

A - We are dealing with primary banks in Thailand to get a direct
gateway here. This could be the fastest solution because of the easiest
process to present and arrange all the paperworks.

B - We are verifying the possibility to open a subsidiary Company (
Singapore or U.K) and get the Gateway services from a Primary Bank in
these countries. This solution will take more time due to the more quantity
of Paper Works to be done but not so long.

C - We have also contacts in USA to evaluate the possibility to open a
Branch there, get all the correct autorizations and then get the
gateway service there. This solution will take longer then the others above.

Our choice will be for the solution that will offer the higher safety
compared to a reasonable time to get it settled.

We will continue to keep our members informed regularly, and I want to
take this opportunity to underline that we really appreciate our
members faithful, and we appreciate the fact that many members have decided
to continue to use our services funding their accounts by Egold or WIRE
transfers or Domestic ATM deposits here in Thailand.

I also want to underline, and please allow me to say that I\'m proud of
these results, that the Investors Corner has completely achieved its
goal: our members are earning their shared profits, our members are
getting their principal back regularly, they are using thes emoney with the
highest freedom, resubscribing or withdrawing them, there are not
withdrawals requests on hold, all of them have been completed correctly and
in a timely manner. At the same time we have generated the right cash
flow needed to boost our services and at the present time no one on
Internet offer lower fees and higher speed in Egold exchange services.
This is a good reason to keep up your promotion and to get more
referals and to wing the monthly contest that is running like for every month
from the beginning of our history.

One more time, here at Asianpay, we have shown how our \"Vision\"
works: it is possible to run a profitable Payment Processor Business
combined to egold echange business with a fully Customer Oriented policy and
not just to use the rules or the problems to earn more money and to give
problem to your Customers.

Problems have to be expected in any Business like this and our duty is
to solve them, while to our Customers we can just ask to be patient.

We are really proud of this and we will strive to continue on this way
and to as much better as we can.

Anyone knows when is the Asianpay debit card available again?

that hasnt been finalized yet, but we are in talks, we had a little problem when our credit card processor cancelled our contract, so that has been our main concern... good news coming about this very soon thow:)

Talked to the CEO, Corado yesterday on the phone. He did mention they going to implement the CC gateway on this 15th July. They are using Singaporean banking as their gateway. Mastercard will also be accepted. A very good progress by Asianpay.

Hope the debit card issue will be solved as soon as possible too.

I just want to clerify that Corrado is not the CEO, Carlo is the CEO... Corrado is on the Board of Directors but works very closely with Carlo. And yes, I will confirm that the we have established a government registered company in Singapore and hopefully the office will be fully functional by july 15

I'm hoping this means the debit card (and Visa Electron??) will be available soon. I joined Asianpay and am so far very pleased with Investor corner and generally with the way business is being conducted. A good reliable debit card will complete the picture for me

The credit card feature will be available around 15 August.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience but as all of you can easily understand we are waiting reply and approval from third party and from banks and not all of this difficult issue depend un us.

As soon as the credit cards will be available we will update all membership via email.

Last message i got from AP about CC is that they should be able to relaunch this funding option during november:

Actually, when they mean by Credit Card.. it means the CC option to fund your AsianPay account. Not AsianPay CC.
