Looking for info on Hard money lenders, investors who will put up money to buy and flip bank owned foreclosed properties.
Good deals around here but finding hard money to get the deal done is post-36326-1110185726.gif

I looked at roy funding but they don't do Foreclosures.

any good info is helpful

We mostly look at houses that are between 50,000 and 110,000 dollars.
We pick the best deals and put in offers.

Paying 11-15% APR, depending on the terms, is typical for real estate lending.
SAFE high returns because the loan is Backed with property.

If anybody else has any ideas or input (There's probably people here who've been through this flipping houses) we'd love to hear
