I have seen this alot on here and not sure what it is referring to. If a program is sticky what does in mean??

A sticky is a program that is popular and it is paying. Its put at the top so you can see it easier.

being a sticky has nothing to do with a program,it's just a topic that they have stuck to the top of the page for all to see,it's then called a sticky as it can't fall to the bottom
