I just received a letter from Citicard MC saying "Great News! ... Our investigation is now complete and we are pleased to inform you that the conditional credit you received for $xxxxxx is now permanent." I responded to SP response using Helper 1's info. I submitted my response to SP 2 weeks ago. I have some other chargebacks pending, but I'm feeling pretty optimistic at this point. Blessings and best wishes for each of you on your disputes with SP.

that's great news, i sent my documents in to the bank on april 23rd, i hope to receive that letter soon.
