I am embarking on a huge project to which I need a huge amount of money. I have been approached by a broker suggesting a CD Collateralized Financing package which he can put together. I have read over his materials several times, and it seems alright. The only requirements from my company are my executive summary and proof of funds in the amount of $1mil.

I really need some advice from someone whom is familiar with this. I need to know the pros and cons.
