Also, Stormpay closed down my account due to my original chargeback so I cant get to all my history and proof, They probably got rid of it all anyway...

I'm trying to fight this as well. I thought everything was hunkydory, but Stormpay fought my chargeback and I rejected it again. I'd be interested to read responses to this thread.

because your fund is not permanent.... but maybe you can fight back again using more supporting documents given by Helper1 if u wanted to.

I got had same problem, faxed in letter of dispute. CC company credited myaccount second time. Also received letter from them say to keep documentation up to 12 months in case Stormpay disputes again. We will see.

I am disputing the merchant Stormpay’s claims for the following reasons:
1. Stormpay has disputed my chargeback from my credit card company stating that the balance of funds is still in my Stormpay account. However, Stormpay has suspended my account and denies me access to these funds. 2. Stormpay is operating as a money transmitter without proper licensing in the state of xxxxxxx. 3. It is clearly shown on Stormpay’s own logs that they have initiated numerous chargebacks to my account since March XX. These chargebacks were done without my knowledge since my account has been suspended since xxxxxx XX, 2006. 4. According to Stormpay’s response, I have received the following payments: xx-xx-06, $XXX.00 Transaction # XXXXXXX xx-xx-06, $XXX.00 Transaction # XXXXXXX
And funds were used to purchase additional memberships from Charis F Johnson or other products. However, my purchase of $XXXX of additional memberships was charge backed by Stormpay (see transaction # XXXXXXX)
In addition, transaction #XXXXX was also charge backed by Stormpay; therefore I did not receive those funds which Stormpay said I received as payment to me from Charis F. Johnson.
It is clearly shown by Stormpay’s OWN history of my account log that every single transaction that was made by me was nullified by chargebacks done by Stormpay. Since these transactions were nullified by Stormpay and were never completed, I should not be charge 3% processing fee per transaction and I am entitled to the amount of $XXXX and $XXXX that was used to fund my Stormpay account. STORMPAY HAS NOT FULFILLED ITS SERVICES TO ME AS A PAYMENT PROCESSOR AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DISPUTE THIS CLAIM AND PROCEED WITH ARBITRATION IF NECESSARY.

Please join Ace's yahoo group for more details on SP's cc disputes, he posted a lot of info there...
BTW, I see that SP reversed our disputes through different approaches, but the strongest point fos us is that they reversed the money back to our SP account in March, where most of us filed our disputes in Feb, you can use the point that you tried to contact SP but NEVER RECEIVE A WORD from them, then after you field disputes, they started to chargebacks the money AFTER THEY SUSPENDED YOUR ACCOUNT
I got 4 out of 8 of my disputes reversed so far, I will file again once I received all later, of course, this time with much solid supporting docs and reasons
You guys are really giving pathetic explanations of what's happening with your accounts.
Especially those who've won on their second attempt, are still giving short ONE LINE sentences of what happened.

UPDATE: Citibank Mastercard sent me a mail saying this:
"The Truth in Lending Act regulates the conditions under which you can assert a claim or defense. The Act limits the amount of the claim or defense to the unpaid portion of the disputed charge. Since you have paid a portion of this charge, we can only assist you in disputing $24.11 of this charge.
We have issued a permanent credit to your account for the amount of your dispute. We may attempt to obtain reimbursement from the merchant; however, the credit will remain permanent even if we are unable to obtain a merchant credit. No additional information or documentation will be necessary to resolve your dispute.
We look forward to providing you with the best possible service."
What the hell does this mean? I have NOT paid the original $580.92 that this disoute is for. It is still on my statement and I have paid other ammounts and left the 580.92 there until this is resolved. What should I do now?

Basically, I took the 580.92 and paid it with my credit card, it went to Stormpay, then to 12DailyPro - Crap hit the fan, I never got any of it back. My service was never recieved for the money I paid, this all happened in Feb. after I paid my original bill.
The credit card company says due to the Truth in Lending Act, I paid my Jan. statement with the 580.92 on it so therefore I have no chance of a dispute.
They gave me 580.92 credit to my account in March, and then took it away in April and put the Reversal back on my statement for me to pay. Now in May they say I get to keep only 24.11 out of the 580.92.
They told me their hands are tied and they can't do anything about it. She then admitted that tons of people have been calling about Stormpay and I am not the only one.
They said they don't need any more information or documents to fight the charge because nothing can be done...That is why I am here. I know there are tons of people here going through the same problems, and I am asking or help.......what to do?

I'm not sure how this impacts anything, but i'm with a credit union and they never even attempted to counterdispute in the first place.

Sadly, I was informed by CC company that they don't fight for us even paying ARB fees.Nonsense!
They'll ask you to get your own lawyers or your local government instead.
There's just so many of such processors around here. SUCKS!
