I must admit, speaking to these guys is really refreshing. You basically get a reply straight away and your money is protected by U.S law. All the DD I have done seems to be ok. At least there not hiding in an offshore company somewhere there here in the U.S. I have been paid and so have a couple of people I know.... well they have to pay you because its a legal contract. anyway...these guys are gonna be around for a while I think... Listen to the audio/interview... I have included there email to the members below.
Dear Valued Members, We are pleased to announce that Mr Craig Jolly, The owner of EarnByLoaning.com, Has just finished a Live recorded interview. We Have tried to answer as many questions that we feel is most important in the members minds and any future members coming on board.
Please let people know about this interview as it cements a real sense of security in the minds of potential members and lays to rest most doubts people may have about partnering with EBL as a member.
We will have a future call with members, a kind of Q&A session where people can ask questions on a live call. But we need the members to want this, so we will do it if requested by enough people.
The link can be found Below....
The link is at the top of the page or can be found half way down the page.
Please wait for the Audio to load and it will play automatically, make sure your speakers are turned on.
We hope you enjoy the call.
Regards EBL support team.

OK..I will address this question if I may. 1. What on earth are you talking about when you say "if they earn Big money from loaning fee" this makes no sense....let me say this...as I have been paid... THEY PAY YOU....get it...you loan money to them under a legal contract that will hold up in any U.S court of law. Then they pay you interest and your money back after 30 days or 120 days...up to you.
2. you say "why are here to scam people"? - I will try to understand your poor english..... Who said they were a scam...I have been paid and so have many other members. all backed by a legal contract. DonCorleone THINK before you post Crap ok!!! If you think this is some scam...then ALL the damn programs on this forum must be as well.. Now I must admit ...95% are scams...but there are 5% that are not...EBL is part of the 5% as I and many others have done our Due Diligence...if you don't know what that means...Look it up in an english dictionary.
P.S Then you have the GALL to put one of your own banners up...which could be a scam....LOL

I was surprised to see EBL listed here.
Although I have no personal experience with this program, I have heard nothing but good things about them from people who have earned with them for around 12months.
Never have I heard a negative comment, this is not an endorsement, but rather, the sharing of information from my part.

For those who missed the conference call last night at 7 PM (March 17th, 2007, US Eastern Time), let me tell you that you missed out on some great information as well as fun.
I feel a lot better about EBL after attending. We now know that EBL invests in the small stock and OTC markets and that the company is so strong now it has a reserve fund. If the company had to pay every member’s loans (principle plus interest) right now, there are enough funds and then some. (Please note that members are making personal loans to EBL/Quest Holdings Inc.; and as such, does not position EBL/Quest Holdings Inc. in the Registration need for SEC licensing because they are not investing in the stock markets for anyone other than the company, and thus does not consult or provide investment advice.)
There was a lot of talk about the new software that is being coded right now. Among the features of this new software is the ability to electronically sign your contracts--no more scanning, faxing, or mailing in your contracts. The new software will also keep track of your finders’ fees, your loans, as well as your referrals' loans.
One of the things I did not like, but is now a necessity thanks to uncle Sam is that due to the fact that EBL was investigated by homeland security and PayPal for a $10,000 international deposit via PayPal (which they passed with flying colors), EBL will now in the future be forced to keep records of it's members via photo IDs and proof of residence (address). Similar to what Asian Pay and Alert Pay do right now.
A new VIP plan will also be offered in the future for those who would like to take more risks. You will be able to negotiate the return rate on your loan and whether you will like it to be a variable or fixed rate of return. Of course more info on this and who will qualify will be made available when the plan is introduced.
There was more detail, I am just giving you an outline of what I remember was discussed. In the future, if you are a member, I would recommend highly that you try and attend these conference calls; you can attend through Skype for free!

Sharon, of NoBS Blog/Network has put together a lot of information about EBL at NoBS HYIP Blog:
Here are a few updates for those who are interested in Earn By Loaning:
QUOTE
1. We have now corrected all E-Gold finders’ fees and also transferred all the members’ loans that were funded by E-Gold back to their E-Gold accounts. This includes principal, earnings and finders fees.
In other words.. Any E-Gold funds that you were due to receive have now been paid out in full to your E-Gold account.
Some people may see an extra few dollars on top of what they were owed. This is our way of saying thankyou for being a member. Also our E-Gold withdraw fee was 8%, however we did NOT charge you ANY withdraw fee. The company has absorbed the cost.
We now no longer accept E-Gold.
2. The Nevada, Secretary of State website is now up to date in regards to [the] EBL [registration].
There was some confusion as to the status of the registration. It was confirmed that it had indeed defaulted, but this happened because Craig misunderstood the wording of the update request. It has now been corrected and updated.

Earn By Loaning has been cleared by PENSCO Trust's due diligence and ePayDay has been allowed to deposit IRA money with Earn By Loaning.
For those interested, a few days ago I created a site that gathers all the good due diligence in one place that this community has been doing, including some of the above links, plus a bit more.
If there is anything more that you think warrants being added, let me know.
High Yield Return On Loan Early Retirement Dream Program
Earn interest on a loan for extra income or build your retirement. It's easy and passive with this program.
Loaning money to a USA based company. Signed contract with all IRS rules followed. You can get worry free High Yield Return On Loans (HYROLer) to make extra money or retire with a growing income instead of a fixed income.
I believe in diversification. As part of my overall wealth building plan, I allocate a small portion into High Risk programs or plans. Within this small percentage of High Risk, I like to spread the risk into a few High Yield Return On Loan programs. This strategy diversifies my risk overall. If you have 2 or 3 trusted loan programs each paying what you need (or plan to need) per month and one program went down for any reason (temporary or permanently), It would not upset your overall plan as much as depending on one loan program, RIGHT? Well EBL should be one of the loan programs in your wealth building plan.
See a strategy I'm using to build my retirement by selecting my web site link in my signiture.
I also have a rebate offer on my referral fee on the deposit you choose. It is is good for 1 year. See my web site for details.

epayday & I just got back from visiting with CJ in Vegas last weekend. Had some great conversations as well as plenty of fun. I have quite a bit of confidence in this program and I've decided to accelerate my original funding plan.
This program will remain low-key because they will never advertise beyond whatever the members decide to do. I found this thread in the EBL forum quite interesting:
Most of our conversations with CJ seemed to underscore this point. This is going to be one of those programs that will quietly continue to pay for years to come. It will not get the kind of attention many other programs get because they'd rather use the money other programs use for advertising to pay referral fees. It also allows them to keep their returns quite respectable.
I'm new to this forum (but have been around other for quite awhile...). I really surprised that this thread is only on it's 2nd page after the president of the company started this thread over a year ago.
This surprises me because this is one of the few 'real' deals out there. The closer you look at it, the better it looks.

The migration to the new website has started. Those who were about to sign up will have to wait until the new website is online. I know we were told hopefully it will be up around July 4th, but it looks like no promises are being made. Also, you now have to provide your ID papers to get your withdrawals.
Earn By Loaning is getting even more legal as the days pass. I am very excited about the fact that this has turned out to be a great program to be in.
I bet those who lost their shirts in the illegal e-gold HYIPs are now wishing they hadn't laughed and insulted me in the early days and had made a deposit here instead. Too bad. It's now my time to laugh, all the way to the bank.

I don't think laughing at anyone's misfortune is a good idea regardless of how I might have been critisized (and I've had plenty).
Besides, we never know when we'll run into our misfortunes...
On the EBL side, they only said that they'd get the site up sometime in July. But I'm also optimistic that it will be just a few days.

Well, when people ask for a kicking, I am not catholic. On the EBL side, Kerry has stated more than once that his goal was July 4th, but it was wise not to write it in stone.

I'm not much of a Catholic either (though I was raised one...).
Do all the "kicking" you want, but just realize that this is what you invite the more you do it.
I've been the object of many people's "kicking" and found that one can defend oneself just fine without attempting to rub someone's face in it.
This is a great program and my success in it is "revenge" enough for me. Just my opinion. .

Looks like EBL is introducing a new 120-day loan program which give you access to your interest after 60 days rather than having to wait the full 120-day term. The rate on this new program is a little lower in exchange for this faster access:
120 day PLP- ....... (loan term return) Plan 1- $100.00 - $500.00 ...... 40% return Plan 2 - $501.00 - $1000.00 ...... 45% return Plan 3 - $1001.00 - $10000.00 ...... 50% return
**This is not per day % but per 120 loan period.
I like the having faster access to the interest. Thoughts or opinions?

Of course, this new loan structure is said to be only temporary, until they can get a new site is up and running that can make the site administration much easier, with supposed more functionality.
As for the new loans, my preference is to have the old rates over the shorter time to access my interest. If access is important, with some careful planning, one can have it so there are funds available every 3, 2, or even 1 month. Of course, under the old plan, you would still have to wait 120 days for the first payout. It would be nice if they gave the choice to members which they prefer. With the current plan, you only need 2 active loans staggered by one month and you create cash flow every month (you still have to wait 2 months for the first payout).

At some point, I hope they actually simplify the whole program so that there are no more than say 3 options.
With the old programs, I think the PLP 2-4 was the 'sweet spot' and this is the one I was focusing on and was planning to ladder deposits over 4 months. I'll end up doing the same thing with the new temporary 120 day until they change again.
I get a sense from most of my referrals that they are more concerned with compounding (which of course we have to do manually with EBL) than with cash flow. How about yours?

Are you a member? If so what loan program(s) are you in and when do they mature?
Are you aware that you do not have access to principal or interest until after the contract has matured?
I ask this because it has been my experience that most of the people that are indeed members and have what they think is an issue is in actuality a lack of understanding of the loan contract.
I almost 18 months there have never been any valid complaints against EBL. EBL is always very accessible and very prompt at resolving issues.
If you think you have a legitimate concern, then fill this out. Otherwise, you are not welcome with your nonsense posts:
1) Do you understand that your contract stipulates that payouts are only made upon maturity of your loan? In other words, you don't have access to interest or principal until the term of the loan is up. 2) What is your EBL user name? 3) What was the date your plan started and what is the maturity date? 4) What plan type are you requesting payment for (e.g. PLP 1-2, etc)? 5) In what form (PayPal, check, bank wire) did you request any payment? 6) What have you done to resolve the issue with EBL support?

When I was in Las Vegas with Craig Jolly in late June of 2007 , I asked him ”How did you meet Kerry and Troy and start EarnByLoaning (EBL) when you live so far apart (Craig in Washington, Kerry in Wisconsin and Troy in Australia)? By the apparent close friendship I’ve observed between them, I expected Craig to say that we met in grade school or worked together for many years employed by an international company. I would like to share what Craig said and what I have learned from Kerry on Skype about their relationship over the last month or so.
EarnByLoaning began in a very simple chance meeting. Prior to 2006, Craig and Kerry were both involved with a main stream Autosurf program that looked promising. They didn't know each other, but had a mutual friend who used a voice enabled room to meet in. Troy was involved with support for another program. It was during one of those meetings, or BS sessions more likely, that Craig and Kerry became acquainted. After only a few weeks of their meeting, the program they were in was closed down. Almost everyone lost a large amount of funds in that.
During the following weeks they had many more chances to converse and in those conversations the subject came up of a new program. Kerry went on to tell Craig about an idea he had a few years earlier for a program. This intrigued Craig. After Kerry was finished describing the program Craig got to thinking about it and how he could actually help bring this program online as a workable project. Now Kerry didn't have the resources to fund such a program, nor the legal expertise to navigate the legal aspects of it. But, Craig had access to both, so Craig spent the next several weeks researching the legal issues with a team of lawyers. Once Craig was satisfied with the results of his research, he informed Kerry of his findings and what he could provide. The moment was one of exhilaration for both when they realized that together they could actually have a program that met all the lawful requirements set forth at that time.
Over a few weeks of talks and program projection research by Craig and Kerry, they realized they needed a support person so Kerry contacted his old friend who he had known from past programs, Troy. Troy was a natural fit to help with support as he was a support person with another high finance company prior, and it didn't hurt that he was on a different time zone to work the off hours from the USA. It didn't take Troy long to realize what the implications of such a program could be. After meeting with Craig and Kerry and allot of questions, it was clear to Troy that he wanted to come on board with EBL after hearing the explanation of what it was Craig and Kerry were trying to do.
The one consistent theme to EBL’s program philosophy was to bring some integrity back to the internet business world and to help others less fortunate create a solid financial base. After all the program debacles they had seen, the more they were determined to change things by building a profitable, yet, honest program. So, EBL was born in about Mid January of 2006. From that time on, Craig, Kerry and Troy have steadfastly been working and building EBL. Even though Craig is the Owner of Quest Holdings, Inc. that all finances are actually delivered to, they have all equally participated in how the program and its members are to be addressed.
Craig's main focus is on the financial aspect of using his years of experience in the business world to create the returns needed to make all payments for loans that become due.
Kerry's main focus is administering the functionality of the website, support and its overall online presence.
Troy's main focus has been to help with support issues and the EBL forum.
This story makes up the essence, the beginning, the opportunity of EBL.
For me, the story reinforces my belief that some good can come out of bad programs. If Craig, Kerry and Troy did not meet in the bad Autosurf program and/or the program did not close down which inspired them to create a legit & honest program, I do not believe EBL would have ever got off the ground. I’m so sorry for their financial loss in that Autosurf program but I’m so VERY grateful that they created an unmatched due diligent investigated and legitimate program for current and potential Member’s financial future!
Bless them and I wish them and EBL a very long and prosperous future.

Stop being so worried, please, if you are not the admin.
I have sent another email with all the information, let's see what happens, on talkgold I read about others getting scammed
It is interesting that without exception, you and the few that are complaining on TG do not provide any information about your situation. So what exactly do you mean by " no more payments here ... scamming has begun"?...
What experience drove you to make such a statement? Did you have a loan that matured and you are wanting a withdrawal? Do you know that attempting to draw interest before the term of you contract is up is a violation of your contact?
Another interesting fact... I am in contact with over 35 people in EBL (some referrals, some friends) and everyone of them have had excellent response from support, yet you have sent them 3 e-mail (and now a 4th if I understand correctly...) and have not gotten a reply?
If you are a member, I'll be happy to talk Troy via Skype (you know that you can talk to them directly don't you?) about your issue.
So are you just going to just whine or are you going to give us some details? I can only understand the former if you really don't need any help...
