I don't believe this, SP have just done another charge back on my account and I am now in a negative balance. As they no longer have my cc details (I hope), is there any way they can collect this money?

What should I do? Any advice? Thanks.

Contact your CC issuer to cancel the old one that once registered in StormPay,
and ask to issue a new card with a new numbers.

Also notice the bank and/or cc issuer that you do not give any authorization
for any bill from StormPay. Send your bank BBB Tenneesee data about SP:

I filed a complaint with BBB but it's been closed without any response.

SP have just made another chargeback to my account. I don't know what to do now, other than tell my bank not to authorise any payments to them.........

I've just terminated my SP account, I don't know if that was a stupid thing to do but they're not getting a penny from me.

I also cant believe it! I got a chargeback from some payment made to me in 01.07.06 thats more than 3 months ago!

Stormpay also did a chargeback on me today for $850. I have cancelled my credit card and my bank account. Not sure if I should cancel my Stormpay account..somehow I keep thinking they will give my money back. On the other hand, my account is now $850 in the hole, so I doubt I would ever get enough to come up above zero.

Same thing happened to me, I got a -101 balance from a chargeback from PYD JUST TODAY. Its ridiculous. I terminated my account immediately; I want nothing to do with scampay anymore. If I see this affecting my bank in any way I will beat the living **** out of stormpay.

A scam hyip did a chargeback on you? I'm glad Scampay suspened my account for a -$2 balance. They can die with their 2nd rate auction site.

I don't know if this is a generic reply or what, but I just got this email from the BBB

I got a chargeback of $100 too today! Now my account is negative. Maybe I should just create another new account

I just got a chargeback for $57 for a Grandhits payment of January. I cancelled my cc with them months ago, so hopefully, I'm safe, but what I don't understand is that they are not even a payment processor anymore, so how can they still do this?

The funny part is that I had $10 in stormclix that I had accumulated for ages and finally asked for a check 2 wks ago, which I got, so maybe this made them check my account again and realize they had to steal more money from me. lol who knows?

PS: My son is in the middle of doing a Visa chargeback and he needs all the docs. he can get, so can someone please tell me where I can get a copy of the BBB report on SP? Thanks very much.

frankly, it doesn't matter, coz any money in SP is as good as gone anyway...
