I just receive this letter from my bank regarding my stormpay dispute,

Dear blahblahblah,

I refer to our correspondence on 14 Feburary 2006 in relation to your transaction dispute.

The financial institution involved has request further time to enable them to complete their investigations, there the Society* will write to you on the 10 June 2006 to advise whether the financial institution has requested a further extended time frame. However, if the matter is finalised prior to this date we will advise you.

now here is my question,

has anyone receive anything like this?what do you do?

as you can see, I lodge dispute on 14 Feb, that's almost 60days ago, shouldn't the case be close? I thought visa only allow 45 day for charge and if they extend time frame, will I loss my right to chargeback against scumpay?

why my bank give them so much time, until 10 June, that's another 2 months!, is it normal?

I use blahblahblah instead of my real name of course,

I've chargeback scumpay since Feburary and my bank credit back money into my bank a/c, they told me that's temporary.

via debit card actually, it's a visa debit card
