I'm also looking for true investment programs that are real estate based. I agree with you, most of the good ones are private and don't openly advertise. Let me know also if you know of any.

Udachu Fund is a diversified fund which, although is not exclusively real estate based, does derive a portion of its monthly returns from real estate developments.

I would suggest people look into the operation, I have been involved in it for a while and it is a highly acclaimed operation within the serious investor community.

I didn't get you? There is a broker in London that trades for us and pays 30% a month? That is doable. If the trader is good enough.
