Anyone have samples of their second chargeback/response to StormPay defense that they are sending to their creditcard company?
I've sent alot of stuff in the initial chargeback, what are others doing for the second one? Anyone care to post a sample of what they are faxing again...

here's what i sent

"Stormpay is a 3rd party payment processor, I sent money to them with the intentions of sending this money to an online advertising company. Stormpay failed to supply the funds to the advertising company"

Which is entirely true because the money i wanted sent to AT and 12dp Etc... was sent to thier SP accoutn but they are unable to withdraw it, it is still tied up in SP and they are unwilling to release my funds to the ompany for which they were intended.

I will need more then that...anyone else really going to fight StormPay?

I attempted to send you two emails. I think you got the first one, but not the second one.

The second one had a 3.5mb pdf attachment and your email program rejected it. PM me and supply me with a yahoo email address and that should take care of the problem--then I'll resend it.

The pdf is a great addition to your response to your Dispute Analyst.

FYI, I filed 4 chargeback to StormPay, they only accept 1 of it and rejected the other 3. I have a doubt on this. Anyone face the same problem as me?The accepted chargeback is permenant.

I've filed 3 CB........If it's not successful I'll go for 2nd CB.....If also not successful I'll cancell ALL my CC and NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR LIFE!! Trust me I will do it for sure

Why do we want to fight them?

We should really take it easy and be civil.
Also, I thought that chargebacks were against their policy.

I recieved my check from them on time, and it went through - AFTER the SP problems.

My friends in Japan are trying to file ChargeBack claim to their Japanese credit card issuers but CCissures are confronting them saying that;

1. Credit card payment to StormPay was successfully completed and confirmed so credit card transaction was successfuly done/finished.
2. They(investors) agreed on the SP's term & conditions which state - 'you cannot make any chargeback or
refund for 180days' ( or something similar like this) upon the time they sent their money so CreditCard
company cannot accept this CB request, which I think really ridiculous and agaist the customer protection
policy. I am really dissapionted at CC company's attitude.

I tried to PM you but I am such a newbie that the system doesn't allow me to send PM at this moment.(ouch!)

Could you please kindly send any relevant material to my yahoo mail account so that I will prepare our owm
chargeback claim form with supporting evidence/documents.

Mainly, the information i am looking for in all forum topics are;
1. how to explain that StormPay agreement has no legal binding to us. (including this stupid 180day frozen
period)
2. how to explain that StormPay doesn't provide their service which they agreed and paid for.
3. how to fight back StormPay's dispute when 1st charge back is accepted by CCcompany and reached to
Stormpay.
(they will send you the disputing documents with over 35pages, right?)

I will find some basic ideas of these in some threads but it's not even half way through yet.

By the way, i really doubt that there's any 'Dispute Analyst' in Japan.
Is it a lawyer representing you or some solicitor?

No I have not got anything from Helper1. I think Helper1 is busy. By the way I think that Helper1 said that he doesn't want us to pass the document around.

Lucky you. I only have until April 17th. So i think I have to send it tomorrow with priority mail or express mail.

Helper1 is more than happy to send documents. He just doesn't want them publicly displayed on the forum as Scampay has spies around. Just PM him with your email address. He sent mine at 6 am this morning.
